Supply and demand is getting all “popular” now in trading. It’s literally how every single “market” on the planet works. Once you actually understand it then plotting on the charts is simple

What is "inverse help" you are talking about at 13:50. You mentioned we need inverse help when we are inside a range zone.

One thing I don't really understand is what defines the "range". I've learned not to trade inside the range... But I don't know how to see the range. And from this video, I feel like it gives the impression we can have a high probability win rate. But am I wrong and is it that it's an average win rate but high RRR?

permission ask: For example, if I use a 5-minute time frame, I get a good supply zone (stucktur and location), but when the 1-hour or 4-hour time frame is in the middle of the fair value, is that zone valid? for scalping

Jus pick a timeframe and trade I , if u see the zone on the 5 min it applies , if your trading on the 1hr and see a zone it applies don’t start mixing up the timeframes zones

the use of other markets to guide your trade decision. For example, using S&D levels in the $DXY as confluence for a EURUSD trade. Or using the bond markets for SPX.

This looks like hocus-pocus. All lines have been drawn after the fact, after the price action has already taken place. The demand/supply zones are too subjective it seems
