Hey Naomi, lovely video as always. One thing I have noted, you showed us a bottle of a cough syrup, I don’t know if you are aware of this but cough syrups we’re banned in Kenya, especially for small kids. Be careful where you take the little one for treatment. If you go to places like Avenue, the will even tell you that they don’t prescribe cough syrups and they will tell you the reason why. Those selling cough syrups are just doing so against the regulations.

@@NaomiAndJasminesWorld I figured, that is why I wrote and said, be careful where you take your baby for treatment, but atleast now you know 😊 there have been so many cases in which a child is given the meds and they just don’t wake up from a nap. That is why it was banned. Codeine is the culprit.

@@RassyV I hope you know that coughing is not an illness. Coughing and sneezing is the way the body gets out organisms from it’s system, say in the case of common cold or influenza. Honey, ginger, lemon and turmeric will handle the cough, and as you know, cough syrup is just a suppressant. The cough gradually clears itself. It was named because of sudden death. Cases upon cases of babies and small children taking cough syrups and just not waking up from their sleep. Go to any doctor worth his or her salt, or go to any good upper tier and 3rd tier hospital, you will not get a prescription for a cough syrup. This thing started waaaay back in the mid 2000s, of course unscrupulous people find a way to sneak these thing in, but, in the recent past, the medicine and poisons bleats has been very strict on it. Those who still sell them have just not been caught.

@@NaomiAndJasminesWorldHoney, I breastfed my first boy untill he was 2 and the second boy untill he was 4 years and 3 months old. So you just go ahead and breastfeed that precious baby girl you have cause your milk is the best food she can get. Love you both so much! ❤❤❤
