A mother of five is now out of the hospital recovering after she was struck by a stray bullet that came through the front door of her Denver home. Alliyah Sims spoke with the family about how the kids' quick-thinking made for a good outcome.

Maybe if criminals were actually kept in jails and prisons, this kind of thing might not have happened? But hey! A solution like that is probably being a bit too "conservative." Last time I looked, it wasn't very easy to vote from _prison,_ which is probably why criminals don't go there any more ...certainly not in Denver (or Aurora)!
