In the latest Newshour Debate, Swati Joshi discusses Interim bail To Delhi CM Arvind kejriwal. The Supreme Court on July 12 granted interim bail AAP chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the ED case related to the Delhi excise policy. “Arvind Kejriwal has suffered incarceration of 90 days ...We direct Kejriwal will be released on Interim Bail...we are conscious he is an elected leader,” a bench led by justice Sanjiv Khanna said. The top court however referred his petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to a larger bench and made it clear that the decision to grant him interim bail is subject to the outcome of the plea. Arvind kejriwal has been elected by the people of Delhi to govern but once you are put behind bars and that too kept there because of the evidence , I think the moral right is lost. They can elect another person for the CM position till this gets closed. He can mentor, guide work from the back whatever but not govern since the charges are serious. Bail does not mean acquittal.

Bail to Jhootwal is for him to go home eat ghee and tons of sweets and live in his bedroom. Never attend office or sign any official files. Is this a real freedom for a criminal? He might as well share the bedroom to plot more crimes of corruption with the barking woman who was on hunger strike and abandoned.
