It is not the supreme court's job to make up and change the laws - it's their job to rule and enforce the laws according to the constitution

Only partially right. They can't make or take laws only Congress can, per the Constitution. Enforcement is the DOJ. Tgeir jib is to decipher the constitution as per a particular case when there is a question. They make decisions and rulings. They can't say that the constitution now means that a president has immunity while in office and is above the law. This is against the Constitution. The only ones who can reverse these egregious rulings is the Senate and House. We all have to ask Senators Whitehouse, Schumer, Durbin and Rep. Raskin to do just that. These horrible decisions xan be reversed.

Under the PRA, classified documents, even if declassified are still the property of the government and never become personal property. As dreadful as the SC decision was, I still am optimistic. I think this may be a great catalyst for people who have been indifferent about voting. This is no longer about voting on one or two issues, this is about the issue of voting. Get involved, talk to family members and we can make sure democracy endures. Can someone please obtain the footage of the "then" prospective Justices being asked whether they would refrain from overturning precedent on current law? The proof that they lied is in their own words. Therefore, they should not only be relieved of their positions, but any and all cases that they have been part of should be overturned, leaving a 3-3 court until other Justices can be confirmed.

All of these Justices were part of a Plan to get Conservative Republicans on the Supreme Court. They are all friends with Leonard Leo (google him). There has been a Plan in the works for a decade+ to get a majority of Republicans on the court who would begin to overturn Roe and other liberal laws that anger Conservatives especially the extreme Christians. Leonard Leo helped DeSantis put all Conservatives on the Florida Supreme Court. This is 2 fold. It's about RELIGION/Christians in the US who are losing power and the Supreme Court Catholics have already been ruling in favor of Religious Liberty instead of Separation of Church and State, The Conservatives want to get rid of Separation of Church and State. They want CHURCH and God front and center in American laws, lives Nationally. If they succeed, we will all be living under religious laws, like the judge in Alabama who stopped IVF. This is serious. It's happening right in front of us. It's no joke. That's why Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson are upset and show it in their dissents. There's nothing we can do but vote BLUE. And if Biden wins, he needs to put Liberals on the Supreme Court to stop this takeover.

Um, this is widely being misinterpreted in media. The court denied the motion to declare all acts immune, but offal acts immune, which was not really contested. This closes this out as an issue for the election, so rabid hopes of removing all his immunity were dashed. Basically, the court ruled against Trump, but they are spinning it that the court is biased towards him. Doesn't take 5 minutes to sort this out, but most people won't spend 5 seconds.

Trump was using the Republican Party to block anything he chose. Biden still managed to pass an extraordinary amount of legislation. That is one of the ambiguities the Supreme Court's conservative majority wanted to create for the lower courts so that the cases will be further delayed. But they did say that every act a president takes while in office must first be presumed to be an official act, and that no matter how criminal that act might be for anyone else, it must be shown that the law doesn't interfere with Presidential authority for it to overcome that presumption that it is an official act. Then it says that the courts cannot explore the motive of the president, nor use official acts as evidence when prosecuting a crime. Also remember, these Justices have been pushing the Unitary Executive theory of Presidential powers, where no law could actually meet the threshold they establish in this ruling.
