Nice to see anglers using proper reels ,just so much more fun to fish with ,I’m from the Uk a lot of anglers are now using fixed spool reels ,not for me I find there is so much more felel with a multiplier and more enjoyment for me .

That was NSB beach but you can drive on the beach at Hugenot and St Augustine beach

Ospreys and terns hovering above tell you there are fish below, bait fish on the surface means predators below.

ive been surf fishing all my life in jax beach and have never caught a keeper pomp on fish bite. As soon as I put on a sandflea its game over. Not sure how people are successful with them
