In such a condition, yoga masks are very useful in which one has to take a breath and remove the breath slowly, if you do this masque two or three times with the count, then the anger will end and the problem will also go away. ایسی حالت میں یوگا کی مشقیں بہت کام آتی ہیں آہستہ آہستہ سے آنٹی کر کے سانس اوپر نے اور پھر گنتی کے ساتھ باہر نکال دی جائیں دو تین بار اگر یہ کریں ہر قسم کے خیالات سے جان چھوٹ جائے گی اور غصہ بھی ختم ہوجائے گا

u2 s 1 minute ago اسلام علیکم ۱- قرآنِ پاک میں لکھا ہے۔ جو رحمان کی یاد سے غافل ہو جاتا ہے تو ہم اس پہ ایک شیطان مسلط کر دیتے ہیں۔ ۲- فالتو خیالات کے لیئے کثرت سے لا حول ولا قوۃ الا بااللہ پڑھیں۔ حدیثِ مبارک کے مطابق یہ پڑھنا ۹۹ بیماریوں کا علاج ہے۔ ۳- اچھی نیند اور ذہنی سکون کے لیئے دونوں پاؤں کے انگھوٹے رات کو سونے سے پہلے olive oil سے روزانہ مساج کریں۔ ۴- ان شاءاللہ ایک دو دن میں اچھے رزلٹ ملیں گے۔ اور فیس تمام مریضوں کے لیئے دعائے شِفاء کی صورت میں سینڈ کر دیں۔ صبح شام کے مسنون اذکار کی ترغیب بھی دیا کریں۔ ان شاءاللہ بہت سے مسائل خود ہی حل ہو جائیں گے۔

I was also having this problem before 2005. I could not sleep properly at night because of suffocation I felt. But now I have no such problem. No unnecessary thoughts disturbs me. It is all because I started money meditation in 2005. And the important thing is shift of Desire. In our meditation prayer we Desire that god is our ultimate aim and feel that energy is flowing into us. This shift of Desire from worldly matters to God has solved many health as well as economic issues and spiritual upliftment. Anyone can try ❤️❤️

Sir AOA Great advice. But I personally experience one thing. Listen sura Rehman at night by keeping your eyes close. This lady is very fine I was near to mental. Patient of high anxiety and depression. But now after listening this sura every night I am perfectly fine with extremely happy and relaxing mood every time.

MashaAllah sir, this is a unique trick, when we get angry on anything and then start to reading this 'I AM IN ANGER MOOD' then an individual will feel that anger is just an emotion it can be cure if i want. Such a brilliant trick.. Is se apne aap ki ehmiyat or ashrafal makhlookaat hone ki feeling aegi k me gusse ko feel kr skta hun, agar is condition me hamen koi or kahega na k ap gusse me ho to wo hamen ghalat lgegaa us pr zyada gussa aega k ap hamen samajh nahi rahe. Mgr jb hum apne hathon se ankhon se khud prhenge to feel krenge k main gusse me hun then we will easily control it. MashaAllah sir. ❤️

السلام عليكم و رحمة و برکاتہ محترم جناب پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جاوید اقبال صاحب اللّه پاک آپ کو صحت اور برکت والی لمبی زندگی عطا فرما ئے۔ آمین میں اکثر آپ کے ویڈیو کلپس دیکھتا رہتا ھوں۔ماشاء اللّه آپ کی باتیں بہت اچھی ھوتی ہیں اس میں یقینن کوئی نہ کوئی سبق ضرور ھوتا ھے۔اور آپ سے سیکھنے کی کوشش کرتا ھوں۔ قصہ مختصر یہاں آپ نے میری اس بہن کو اچھی باتیں بتائی ہیں۔ اور یقینن دوا بھی تجویز کی ھوگی۔ وہاں آپ میری بہن کو نماز پنجگانہ اور درود شریف کی کثرت کرنے کا سبق بھی دیتے تو بہت اچھا ھوتا۔یقینن وہ پہلے بھی نماز پڑھتی ھوں گی۔ الحمدلله ۔ تو یہ سننے دیکھنے والوں اور جس کو بتایا جارھا تھا اس کے لیے بھی فائدہ مند ھوتا۔ اور آپ کے لیے بھی صدقہ جاریہ بن جاتا۔ اللّه پاک مجھے آپ کو اور سب سننے دیکھنے والوں کو عمل کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔ آمین یا رب العلمین
