Prof Dr Javed Iqbal is a surgeon with special interest in laparoscopic and cancer surgery. His professional qualifications are FCPS, FRCS, FACS, FICLS, MCPS-HPE.
He is one of the pioneers of laparoscopic surgery in the region. He has trained more than 50 surgeons formally as their supervisor and thousands more who have worked with him in various capacities during his four decades long professional journey. He is an official mentor of Royal College of Glasgow and International Course Director of American College of Surgeons for Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS). He is a well known medical educationist and has been a part of College of Physicians and Surgeons, University of Health Sciences and Nishter Medical University as faculty of medical education.He is on the reviewers panal of various index medical journals. He has more than twenty five research publications on his credit along with a book on surgery entitled "The Operative Surgery"He is a published poet, short story writer, critic and broadcaster. His current areas of effort are teaching and training of soft skill at various national and international fora. He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. Millions of people are getting benefit from his videos on medical education, FCPS training, parenting, relationships, human wellbeing and various other social issues.
Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

I also recovered from anxiety and panic attack by doing Arehman therapy ( listening Sur e Rehman for 7 days , 3 times a day ) I took medicines too but that was not working for me . We can easily recover from any physical, mental, psychological problem by listening Sur e Rehman even cancer can also b cured so anxiety is a little thing for Allah to recover.

I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks at night but Alhamdulliah I recovered it by offering prayers and reciting Quran .But it was true I was so scared to go outside

Great sir, For watching such a great video we will be able to understand and know how to cure anxiety. a lot of people in our society suffering mental problems but they afraid to consult with a physiologist that society consider them mental. but its fact we should watch such type of videos also consult with psychologist when needed. @@ummesalma736 I had the same problem as what youre telling. What I did was carve out some alone time for myself early in the morning. Before anyone wakes up, start anew. This helps so muchhh bcoz a) you wont start your day with panic or negative comments from those people, and starting the day better is SUCH an important thing b) you will have some time for yourself to pursue your interests and explore, that will make you stronger from inside to then face the challenges of the day without letting them affect u as much as they normally would. Your body will celebrate too coz that morning time is golden! I'd recommend the book 'The 5 AM Club' it would really amaze you the benefits of waking up early. Hope this helped🌻

Es waja sy me dosto sy door rehna shuru ho gya mehfal attend krni chor di. K dost mery bary me aesa ghalat sochty ho gy. Yaar me boht preshan ho es waja sy kesy door kro ye khayalat apny zehn sy. Ive had a long period of extreme anxiety and sooo grateful to say it's much better now after alot of work on myself. It does resurface time and again and I do know i'll be needing professional help soon to properly sort it out. Sir has explained it so exceptionally well esp in urdu, it will bring so much awareness about it even to people who suffer without knowing. Awareness of the problem is the first step. Recovery can follow after it Inshallah when He swt knows we want to help ourselves. If you go through anxiety too, hang in there, and trust Allah. Remember, after every hardship comes ease

@@poco7654 I believe no one can help us better than our own selves. Most of my work on myself started with self therapy. I became my own therapist. I can tell you the ways in which I did that, hope it is helpful to you 1. recognize when you feel anxious, and just observe as an outsider how you act. see how u react to a trigger and recognize frequent triggers u have. do this for at least a month....just keep observing 2. after a while you will start to know that your triggers are strongly contributing to your anxiety, write more abt them in a diary or journal. try to figure out why those triggers really trigger you. Maybe smth that happened before made you afraid or you have this fear or feeling of being unsafe, or maybe something else. try to challenge those feelings by asking yourself "is this problem in my control?" if yes then make a plan to make it better, if no then try to accept it and work around that thing. 3. anxiety is mostly us constantly fearing the future or dreading smth, we can slowly overcome that by bringing our focus on the present. breathe deeply and look around you, observe things you can hear, see and smell. remember that the present is the only place in time where u can do smth and it can change your future. This can help make us value the present more Inshallah

Worry and stress are not disorders. They exist with everyday life problems. Anxiety cause the worry about future usually your thoughts are about future. In depression there is low mood and thought patterns are related to past

I have anxiety from almost 6.5 year....or almost me mashallah 80 to 90 percent recover ho gya hun...jo points me nay follow keye hein wo me apko btata hun. 1st.Agr anxiety zada hai toh physcatric medicine use kro koe be msla ne hai mgr doctor acha hona chahye( es sy apky kfe had tk msla hal ho jay ga agr koe chemical imbalnace hai mgr 2 saal lena toh must hai) 2nd.(exercise kro bher running ya gym join kro start me hlki hlki exercise sy shru kro or usko increase kro) or sth me achi diet lo taky jism me energy bni rhy sara din.( jesy daliya khao roz or 2 3 banana or kanjhor ka istemal kro 3rd...es sy stomach me gas be hoti hai us k lye kesi achy hakeem sy desi dawa lo toh meda jb thk ho ga toh anxiety kam ho ge 4th..1 book lo or roz rat ko us py date time lkho or wahn apny roz ky fears lkho or nchy phr usky lye positive solution lkho 5th..1 mheny ya 2 mheny k bad apni dairy ko parho or dekho gay toh pta chly ga k jo jo apky fear thy us me sy 95 percent kch be ne howa ho ga 😅 6th...self talk kro khud ko khao or smjhao k jo msla hai wo bs khyaali hai perceive hai toh es me bs es chez ko smjh lena hai or understand kr lena hai 7th . Apny fair ko face kro wrna tmhri zindgi 1 kmary ki ho jay ge 8th.... exercise + diet + slef talk+ dairy writing + medication if need use 9th....agr zrort ho toh psychologist ko be dekha do bht fida hota hai 10...❤️

I am dealing with anxiety and depression for more than 20 years and on medications. Listen Soora e Rehman 3 times a day of Qari Abdul Basit without translation with closed eyes. And drink Chamomile tea every night.

I am afraid to go inside big buildings, especially upper floors. I get panic attacks. I avoid such locations, but it's really affecting my normal life. Once I was stuck in an elevator about a decade back. If that's the reason for this, I don't know? After how long I am suffering from this I don't remember. But I encountered panic attacks many many times.

It could be any event can be associated with similar non triggering stimulus and triggers the panic attack. You probably have developed phobia. You can take treatment (therapies) to treat.
