Lithuania and the hospital there appear to be excellent. Would it be OK to give the hospital there a mention in recognition of the good job they did on your knee ?

how do you account for the fact your knee op was so much cheaper in Lithuania than the UK ?

That's simply because they charge less for surgery there. We're getting stung here, for exactly the same procedures. The cost of living (I assume) will be cheaper there, which would likely be a factor
