If Jacquie reads this: About a month ago my Grandma who lives with me caught me watching you and asked who you were. So I explained and showed her some entries from your channel. Well she was hooked every day asking how is Jacquie, did Jacquie have a video and she has to watch with me now. She's pretty much adopted you as a honorary Grandaughter at this point. She asked me yesterday if she could send you a get well card and I had to explain we didn't have your address and we shouldn't try to get it because we're basically strangers to you and that would be creepy. I told her I could put a comment with the vlog instead and I think she understands that the virtual world works a little differently (she still thinks to do things like it's 1950!). So to keep my promise - Grandma Betsy (age 84) says Hello, Get Well Soon and she's thinking of you and praying for you.

I really feel your pain as I’m currently battling with 4.5 weeks of impactation and it is SO painful! I cannot describe how frustrating it is when both nothing works and you just want to be at home! Sending you lots of love and I hope you were able to get some rest. It is good to cry when you get overwhelmed with emotions because you then can refocus and keep moving forward! 💕

I am not stuck in the hospital, but am frustrated with my medical situation as well. When you cried, I couldn't help but cry too. I'm so sorry you are having to go through all of this, and that you aren't out of the hospital yet. I am praying for you and sending you hugs.

I know everyone says there's nothing to be embarrassed about, the doctors are professionals, blah blah blah, but those people have not had the embarrassing tests done. You have handled all of this so well! All this extra stress definitely doesn't help with the process of trying to 💩.

It is perfectly, 100% OKAY to cry your eyes out if you want or need to! Go for it Jaquie, sometimes, meltdowns are a GOOD thing and after what you've been through and are STILL going through, what normal person wouldn't melt down every now and again! Everyone feels for you and what you're going through....love and light being sent your way from all of us!

Jaquie, my heart (and belly) is aching with you! After a car accident my intestines burst and I had to have exploratory surgery and then removal of part of my intestines. I know your pain and wish I could take some of it for you. My son and husband send their love, too! We are rooting for you from PA!

Your pre op joke cracked me up! I went to the ER about two months ago because I was severely constipated and when my hubby picked me up he asked what they said. I told him that they said I was full of shit! He said that he already knew that :P Always laugh when times get tough. You got this friend.

Severe impaction has happened to my daughter as well. After many hospital stays, procedures, etc. my daughter fills a 60cc syringe with Milk of Mag and shoots it down her feeding tube. She follows with 2 full syringes of warm water. She is regular now.

Im sitting in the heart critical care unit recovering from a heart catheterization. Im upset too. No family. I just want to say im praying for you and God is catching your tears. Hang in there. Use that heat on your belly. Im relating on so many levels. You are super loved. Im so happy you are sharing because im not so alone.

I'm so sorry Jaquie. It pained me to watch this video. Coming to the end of my nursing course I see clients who get to your point of pain, exhaustion and anxiety and all we can ever do is give you support and attempt to make you comfortable, but it's never easy for me because I want to do more. I'm glad to hear you are being treated well by the staff around you and all I can say to you is please stay strong, keep your faith and keep moving forward. Your viewers are behind you 110% and are rooting for you to overcome this hurdle and make it home soon. Thank you for taking the time out to edit these videos and keep us in the loop, I know I truely appreciate it, I never stop praying for you. Try to rest up (I know it's easier said than done in a hospital environment) and give Harlow some major snuggles when she's in next, you're in our thoughts!

I understand your frustration, I have a lot of problems with my stomach too. There have been many times when I haven’t been able to go the toilet for three weeks and I have looked like I have been pregnant, it is VERY painful, I have had problems with my stomach all my life, but all my pain medications makes it even worse ( I have Ehlers- Danlos) about two years ago I lost my bladder function (bladder paresis) so I have to use catheters to empty my bladder 5 times a day, it is really frustrating. But I am trying to eat different now, no milk and no meat just plant based food and my stomach is actually feeling a lot better, I never get bloated anymore. Anyway, I think you are a strong woman! Being chronically ill is hard, very hard. But you push through it somehow because that’s the life you have! I know I have been sick since I was 21 years old, it has been a struggle, but somehow it makes you a better person, more gentle, more thankful and more loving. Take care! Hey Jaquie. I have had times like the crying in the hospital. I’ve had problems where nothing worked for my stomach pain and I felt like there was nothing left. I also have autism. Have trust in god it will be ok. Your doctor will come up with something, even if it doesn’t seem like it. I hope you’ll keep us updated when you can, but I know that is hard.

You are one of the strongest person I have ever seen. I had 6 brain surgeries and last time I spent 10 months in the hospital, I have chronic headaches, two chronic neurological diseases and It is hard to be in pain, it is hard to be sick, it is hard not being home, it is hard to not have answers and solutions. I know the feeling and I am sorry you are going through that .

Hello Jaquie, I started seeing your videos a few days ago I was really impressed about how strong you are and how do you have to deal with your illnesses. I'm a medical student close to star the third year, which is the first year I will deal with patients and learn about how hospital treates them. I want to thank you for everything you share with us, because this helps me to understand all the struggle you have to deal with, and the support that people with chronic illnesses need. Personally I'm really interested about your gastroparesis, I promise I will do everything that I can to better understand it and try to help people with it when I finish university. please don't apologize for getting emotional!! Your feelings are completely valid. I'd be a complete mess in your position.. you are hella strong and you will get through this, just how you always get through it. 💕 I had a minor operation a few weeks ago and my stitches split open and I balled my eyes out for days.. as I packed my wound lol I watched some of your videos to give me strength bc I've never seen someone be so strong it such tough situations. I really look up to you

Sweetie you're going to have to keep your bowels open before they become impacted. After is so very hard. Once you start moving again, keep up with the fiber, phsyllium husks in water, ground flax in water, anything with high fiber to counteract the meds, especially pain killers. You have to take the fiber every day without fail & drink tons of water. Prevention is far easier. Take it easy & I do hope you now have this under control.

I got impacted back in 1980 after my abdominal hysterectomy. I went to ER and they did a hydrogen peroxide enema. The nurse had to dig it out with a finger. I said to her, If you'll give me a glove i can do that. " I never had problems again.

P.s. In regards to yesterday, I’ve had tons of procedures and 7 surgeries...but 1 of the worst decisions I made was to have an endometrial biopsy (while my endo-monster was flaring) @the office w/no prior warning or meds. I was given the choice of going to the hospital @a later date to be sedated, boy did I regret not doing that!!! Getting my tonsils out @22 wasn’t a blast either, but my endo pain & complications take the cake. You’re doing an amazing job lovely lady!!! Rooting you on from California.❤️

Hugs, yes there is plenty to be thankful for and you have such a great support system and that is definitely needed when you are stuck in the hospital, I know this cause I was in the hospital for 3 months and it was so frustrating and hard and I had my moments as well. I will keep you in my prayers and pray for a fast recovery so you can get home asap. Hang in there we all know your strong but even the strongest tree has a breaking point make sure to keep talking about what frustrates you and these moments are much needed for you emotionally and mentally so if a good cry eases some of your frustration then bring on the tissues :).

Have they given a shot in the stomach to counter the constipation from meds? I've had like three (not at the same time...) of those shots when I have been very impacted. It's horrible cause it works right away and gives you the worst abdominal pain cause it causes your bowels to release. It's Methylnaltrexone. I am so sorry I have been through these painful awful procedures and tests and I am so so sorry. I always try anything I can but I tend to get impacted while inpatient cause I am not used to being there (even though I should be by now......). I'm going to be having esophageal procedure/surgery again soon. Last time they didn't have my PCA ready when I got back from surgery. I react to everything at the hospital too! Even the sheets! I guess that's Mast Cell for ya. Hugs to y'all! I am so glad the medicinal marijuana is helping and that they're letting you have it while inpatient! (love and hugs from California)

Hey beautiful - just stumbled over your video. I have had chronic constipation for a long time, multiple colonoscopy, slow transit tests etc.. evacuation is hard for me and painful. I’m going to sub to you and follow you.. I’m new to the tube and have only popped up a couple of videos, but I’m gonna make myself active on here.. our story’s do count - you take care and I hope to see another video saying that you have finally got relief x

Oh my goodness not a fun time. I’ve had similar issues but not to the length or extent that you have 💔 I was so scared and it was only for two days. (Big hugs) you are amazing and are a hell of a fighter! I hope everything turns out ok!

Thank you for the videos. I like watching them when my symptoms are bad, it reminds me to enjoy life while doing what I need to for my health.

I've been through that kind of thing, I know that cry too well, I'm with you all the way, as you say and that's what I kept reminding me when I was in the hospital : tomorrow is another day. It's okay to cry and it helps a lot but I know the frustration behind it, the pain... I send you a lot of love from France ! And I'm crossing my fingers for you to be relieved of pain soon !!
