Side effects is ko kehta hai jo medican use karne say ap ko noqsan matlab vomiting ho ya headache etc, ho our contraindication is ko kehte hai k ap ye medicine is bemari me use nahe karsaki matlab heart problem ya pregnancy me etc.

Side effects means , the effect which is acquire after taking the medicine . Contraindications means you shouldn't take the medicine in some conditions and situations like pregnancy or hypersensitivity.
