The news that came out recently about new developments of the Provincial Government Center (Capitol Building) to be constructed (Provincial Seat of Power Transfer) in Balamban made me decide to travel to Balamban. To make my trip worthwhile and since I have been to Balamban a few months ago via Transcentral Highway, I decided to take the Naga-Toledo road to reach Balamban. I will also have the opportunity to explore Toledo a little further than my previous visits to this City in Western Cebu.
I left Mandaue early in the morning around 4:50AM and headed straight to Naga and all the way to Toledo. I manage to visit Toledo City Hall, Port, Plaza and of course their popular St. John of Sahagun Parish before indulging myself to a native chicken stew.
After I filled myself with energy-packed food, I headed straight to next town of Balamban. Mainly to locate, see and discover the exact spot or site where the Capitol is planned to be constructed. I had this urged to know where in Balamban or what barangay in Balamban will this New Provincial Government Center is drafted to rise. And because I am very patient and so adventurous, I finally made it to the site where I saw a massive land works underway.

What makes Cebu different from the rest of the Philippines is that it is trying to decentralized and spread its progress.. While other places in PH wants to hoard it's progress into one "central" place only, Cebu is doing the opposite.. Which makes Cebu and should be the capital of a Federal government as we are leading the EXAMPLE

Thats is the main point of Ex president duterte to make cebu rhe capital of a federal government but it sucks senate . congress etc. they dont like charter change or federalism 😢 and this why cebu is still the #1 richest provinces in the philippines dont be surprise 100 years from now all municipalities in cebu are all cities in that time

Halu bos. May pka sudlolon man kaau layu ra hi way.. nag pa bukid man ang capitol.. pero fresh air kaau palibot.. snod nmu soroy bos adto a pud among lugar sa colawin argao. Makita pud nmu ang view sa city of cebu sa pikas kita pud nmu ang view sa canlaon volcano. Ug ang among rebulto na si mama mary. Na naa sa totok sa buntod ang kabukirad sa sibonga ug kabukiran sa argao.

Ayay kanang kandingan nga gatupad ang tinola nga manok ug kalderita nga kanding kuyaw na kay kun ma's ayop ug sandok ang tindera nga ang sandok sa kalderita mao poy gosandok sa tinola nga manok aragat gyod na as per my experience sa una pero dili diha sa isla sa cebu. Nindot man unta balhinon ang provincial capitol pero Kana unta dali Rang ma access Dili kay tago kaayo naa pa sa bukid mura naman hinuon na gihimo ni Gwen ug rest house lisod kaayo ni ug mag commute ka dako kaayo ug gastos sa plete maylang ug naa kay sakyanan pero sa mga pobre ah Dili maayo...
