Based on the reading of 57.7 knots, you had a Force 10+ on the Beuafort Scale, thats a MAJOR STORM and is classified not as a squall but as a GALE that causes major damage and potential for death. You all were very fortunate to survive due to the courage of the fearless captain and his amazing crew! Excellent videography in literally the midst of the storm. Blessing to you all! Wind force Name Current Name km/h m/s m/h knots mean knots Sea State 10 Whole gale Storm 89-102 25-28 55-63 48-55 52 Very High

Another fine job by Capt. Nate and crew. Glad you kept the nose into the wind and made it through the night because it looked pretty hairy for sure.

Nature can be quite scary! I was hit by a squall before that came out of nowhere. Really tests you in all ways. Fortunately you have a good crew and Nate knows what he's doing. Great video! Stay strong!! 😁

I'm so so jelly of the fun you're all having. The drone footage just had me drooling. That looked like such an amazing reef in the middle of nowhere. And your own island all to yourself.... Magnificent!

It is definitely time for the crew to pick up books and learn as much as possible about sailing. Without Nate, what would you do? Please prepare yourselves. Excellent job, Nate and crew. Molly your editing is top shelf. You have a new subscriber. Excited to follow your and Phillip's adventure. 💙💙

@@charonstyxferryman Why so sarcastic, mate? It was a kind suggestion and actually said by the crew. @9:38 she says, "I guess that means that I'm gonna have to do a bit more reading and learn a bit more sail stuff. But Captain Nate man he came to the rescue."

Hi Nate, it was really nice to meet you! We wanted to thank you for spending the time to say hello and we wanted to say so much more but, to be honest, I think we were a little star shocked ( I know , right!) . Im hoping to catch up another time. Enjoy the next moments in your life Nate and that goes for the crew as well. Cheers! Nicholas & Daisy.

beautiful video. Loved the life at the edge feel and the soundtrack rocked, somehow :--) we live that way, we take risks, we escape sometimes only by luck with thin margins because it makes us feel alive like nothing else can.....I think everybody should have a close brush with death to elevate them into being fully alive

57 knots is scary...but standing in an elevator with a fat man who just finished eating McDonald's is down right terrifying. Stay safe. Also, choose your elevators wisely.

My high was watching you learn as a team to work together for some magnificent sailing! Now here is the criticism . Where are your life vest, tethers and jack lines. You as the Capitan on your vessel are responsible for everyone on your ship. Members of your own crew have been in a sinking boat, 57 mph are reason to wear them. Your "coolness" has got in way of your judgement. There are no second chances. Music is 1/3 of any films composition. The past few vids the music has been distracting. Not that it would not never fit it just doesn't fit where it has been placed.
