As someone who loves to play win condition decks there was so much just awful play here.

That moment when you leave the video because it sucks and has boring commentary and bad players.

i always liked adding things like nimbles that way more cards are coming out of the deck , increasing chances of pulling what you want , and helps with defending at the same time

Turn 8 of round 1 you should have summoned Sangan, attacked with it (killing it), to add the last piece to your hand. You had life to spare. Main phase 2 play swords. Also, on turn 6 you should've set your waboku instead of discarding it. You had plenty of space in your spell/trap zone. You wasted what could've been plan b in case swords was MSTed. You could've won by turn 10 but you instead you blew the game.

Fun to watch! Cool to see the deck work and see you learn it! Haven't played this game in years, myself. One tip: Magic Planter can destroy your Obliterate!!!, and when Obliterate!!! goes to the Graveyard, it brings an Exodia piece from the Graveyard back to your hand, so that's one turn faster on the win!

I left the video as soon as I saw the player used two Cardcar Ds and had to discard at the end of the turn rather than setting the spell/trap cards. This video proves you still need skill (at least basic) in order to use a troll deck.

What a horrible Exodia Deck. Literally no draw power. Where is your card draw? Waboku? Exodia Decks should win turn 1. You may just as well run Dian Keto the Cure Master... Cause this isn't even a deck. Where is Upstart Goblin, Trade-In, Cards of Consonance? Swing of Memories+Advance Draw? You do know that there are cards that make you draw cards... Or if you want to play it slow why don't you just ruin a good deck and put Exodia pieces into it.

Complete Exodia 26:52- Clear game. rematch 33:00- Complete Exodia in graveyard. 35:00- head, 2 arms in hand 35:47- head, 2 arms, left leg in hand 37:11- Complete Exodia in hand.

you do realise that destroying obliterate bring a piece from the grave. that's why the continuous trap destroyer is in there.

22 Minutes in, and we learn about the deck we literally "made" yup... yugioh at its finest.

It took twenty minutes for him to figure out that incarnate is BA.

My troll exodia had a messenger of peace backed up by gravity bind till I backup soldier a spear cretin to the grave yard to end my turn. I could go thirty turns with the toughest deck in the place before revealing that I had exodia for the past several turns and wanted to see what would happen. Most popular and hated deck.

Just to point out that The Legendary Exodia Incarnates ability is that when all 5 pieces are in the graveyard, you automatically win the duel. That's why it works so good with Obliterate! It means that you can win without all 5 pieces of The Forbidden One in your hand, but have them in your grave. *The More You Know*

He miss played so many times I would have been obliterated red eyes

I was just watching this and thinking "Crash the Sangan! Crash the Sangan! You'll instantly get Exodia and win!" in duel 1, and in duel 2 it was "Use Magic Planter and crash the Sangan! Sangan will get a piece, Magic Planter will draw 2 and Obliterate!!! will give a piece from grave! Then end phase Incarnate effect for Exodia!" Gah, sorry if it sounds like I'm nitpicking. When I see opportunities to win, I just go right in.

Game two he is holding a card that will destroy his Obliterate which would return pieces of Exodia to his hand...so he never sends any that he needs. He also holds Dark Factory of Mass Production which would do the same...so of course, he doesn't send any of the pieces he needs to the grave with Obliterate...

This game really needs to ask to give a prompt to let you use face-downs on phase changes, because you can use waboku and reckless greed whenever the fuck you want.

there's still an even funnier exodia deck which can be really described as trolling. it only has 3 spells, the exodia pieces and 31 more normal monsters. the spell which is 3 times in it, is the one that let you draw another card when you draw a normal monster. ^ if you have one of these in your start hand, you most likely win in max 4 total turns. - the chance to have atleast 1 of the 3 spell cards on the first 6 cards (hand after turn 1 draw) is about 39.5%, so a quite good chance to win very early. even possible to win in turn 2 if you're a bit lucky. Sadly i know the spell cards name only in german, not english so no clue how its called^^

Need to add in Reloads. at 29:49 you used pot of duality which prevents all special summons, so you were unable to use Exodia the Incarnate's special summon effect.

I think a technique you could have used was using the obliterate to get an exodia guy in the graveyard, and use an exodia guy on the battlefield to get him back to hand.you'd proc twice a turn, and you've got enough stall to get two procs a time

You need the Exodia card that isn't effected by spells, trap guards or monster damage depending on which exodia pieces you have in the graveyard, that'd help a lot while you're trying to get all the pieces to your hand and save your life points.

Exodia Incarnete his unaffected by card effect( every card effect means, spell, trap, and monster effect), except its own effect, so the only way your opponent can prevent Exodia Incarnated, his to negated his summoned, or lock his opponent special summoned and/or Lava golem, and Wing dragon of Ra-Sphere mode if normal summoned on opponent side of the field, by tributing 3 monster on the opponent side of the field, so there his no risk with attacking with Exodia Incarnated.

The title is quite misleading. It wasn’t a “surprise Exodia. He figured you out long before you got to do anything.

Using an old-school exodia deck, pre XYZ-monsters, one of the best strats is to just shuffle the pieces back into the deck, then just use the whole deck to cycle through to the last 5 cards, then just drawing them in one turn. Its much moe reliable, but I am no so familiar with cards after the pendulum release, so there might be a better Exodia deck archtype with newer cards.

My favourite exodia troll deck is a Utopia Stoic Challenge deck. Draw a ton of cards off of Xyz Change Tactics via rank-up and rank-down and rank-all-over-the-place, then either OTK with a single, super-powerful blow... or hey, actually I decided to exodia instead. ;3

So they actually changed that ruling since I played the game. Back when I played it didn't matter if you removed the Red Eyes Black Dragon once you cast Inferno Fire Blast the damage was going to happen if you didn't specifically negate the spell itself.

This better be very old game because i used to play Yu-Gi-Oh on the ds and that game actually had monsters on top of the cards.
