Get a 2-1 buydown to get that $3,211 payment. And if rates are 5.5% in 24 months you permanently keep that payment. I tell my clients let’s look for homes that have sat and they seller will be willing to pay for the 2-1 temporary buy down

can you use examples under 300k? most of us who watch this channel are broke. also, if you can afford 500k, you're not watching youtube for advice.
