Ryland you have a calling!!! I luv your renovations... You have great taste and really think how the spaces will be used. Maybe Jeffree will let you work on his entry room. It needs organizing and decorated to match up with his lifestyle! PS... you just need some outdoor rugs to anchor the different areas of the patio... also, a trellis with Confederate Jasmine will look amazing, plus they smell heavenly!
