Their problem was instead of saying “thank you Robert” they literally just said “anyone else got something?” That is arrogance at its finest. I love what daymon John said “when I had 800 shirts, I was worth 800 shirts” I get the prestige of Harvard and stuff, but arrogance is not the way to go.

@@jcjohnson274 Short answer: do the math doofus 💀 Per a google search, Harvard tuition from 2022-2023 amounted to 57,261 USD. If you generously were offered a scholarship to cover half of this, you would still be in for 28630.50 USD per year. This is only considering tuition alone! When you consider living, food, necessities, and other daily expenses, you will be in for at least 6.5k USD per year or more. For four years, this would be 140,522 USD (WITH A SCHOLARSHIP). If you have financial support, none of this is your problem, but if you don't, college isn't even viable for you anymore, because either you can't pay to go to school, or you'll be buried to the core with student debt.

I always feel bad for Robert. He generally is one of the first sharks to make offers, and expresses interest in products and he almost always is a backup option or ignored lol. Hes one of the most successful sharks on the show and has tons and tons of experience and success building a wide range of businesses. I feel like majority of these entraprenuers come in wanting Mark or Lori and at times Damon. Understandable, but really undermines Roberts ability and past success. The company’s sales took off after this episode aired. Then, in 2016, Kevin called the sisters and offered them $50,000 in exchange for 6% royalty until he made $150,000, and 2.5% equity. The women accepted, and with Kevin’s help, they were able to get their kits into Michael’s crafts store chain. In my opinion; Lori is not cringy, she actually pays attention if you see other videos. She knows when she shouldn't make a deal, and when she knows it won't work out anyway, she backs out.
