Күн бұрынFinally announcing that we are unexpectedly pregnant with our third baby! It's a bit of a long one but it's been one heck of a roller coaster and there's a lot to tell. I'm hoping to do more videos on this pregnancy in the future, but for now - enjoy. :)

I'm an eco-conscious Vegan mum, striving for Zero Waste who likes to vlog about my life with my sons, Leo, new arrival Fox, and my husband, John. I am an illustrator and like working with markers or watercolours often choosing female subjects and every day situations.

With Edith, I was shocked. She was a surprise baby and it took me a while to get my head around. Darren was so so so chuffed though but cannot believe you’re 18 weeks woman! Damn.

I do not know if you would use it, but Lanisoh natural lanolin nipple cream might well help soreness. In UK, you need to pop tube of cream (it goes stiff in cool weather) in a pocket or at the top of your trousers for a while to warm it up before applying it. It is great for cracks and soreness and safe for breastfeeding.

Unfortunately the pain is largely hormone related and my actual skin is fine. I think all I can do is grin and bear it for now! Thanks for the suggestion though. :)

Congrats! i have 3...1-2 transition was much harder then 2-3. Sure you've heard this loads already. Number 3 sort of just slots in! Are you finding out the gender? And as for video suggestions...de-cluttering and room organising would be great xx

DD Hay I have heard that and I’m hoping it’s true. I’ve already said myself I’m sure this one will just slot in, especially if it’s a boy. Happy to do decluttering and organising vids.

congrats! and by the way the nipple pain I dont think is because you were breastfeeding because I am pregnant too and had horrible nipple pain until 20 weeks pregnant now I am 31 weeks and it is almost gone but still sensitive

lauramarcelapia yes! Once I realised I was pregnant I was like, “ooohhhhhh! THAT’S why they hurt like hell.” Lol

I bet your iron is low from all the blood loss. Try taking an iron pill it might help the fatigue. Congratulations to you.

MissLea922 thanks for the tip! I had some blood work done just before my big bleed and my levels were fine but I definitely took care after that to eat more iron rich foods. My fatigue has improved though, so I think it was mostly just first trimester symptoms (that lasted into the second). I’ve been making these iron boosting smoothies to help.

Abbie we’re keeping this one a surprise for a change! We would love a girl, but ultimately we don’t mind. I think it’s a girl but I’ve been wrong before!
