Chelsea should sack poch because I don’t trust him which I believe he will fail to deliver, have anyone ask his or her self what took poch time to change information when things where not working at the beginning of the premiership, I think poch don’t believe on himself and such coach can’t progress in a coaching job, when you also take a look at pochettino body language you can see fear and weakness on his face so with that I don’t think he can deliver

They don't have the same philosophy. The management want youth development and competing for trophies, Poch doesn't necessarily want to work with the talents provided (Andre Santos, Casadei Maatsen) hence the conflict of interest. I think he should go because this episode will continue especially as they plan to sell Gallagher whom Poch likes and uses a lot.

@@traykunable I think Boehly genuinely wants to take Chelsea to the top for years to come. I really hope they carry out the staduim plans etc, it sounds exciting. Cristo, Angelo, Messinho, Kendry, Enzo, Mykhalio, Noni, Deigo, Washington, Moises, Nico, Cole, Carney, Connor, Malo, Ian, Colwill, Cesare, Santos, Disasi, Petrovic, Badiashille. In terms of potential alone, forgive me for maybe being delusional, but i think no squad has more potential than ours in World football with those names if they live up to their potential. These guys are talking about signing Osimhen. I dont think we need to, i trust Jackson to come correct, and if Cristo can stay fit we are more than covered. Poch has got to win with this squad. They want a Xabi Alonso, someone ready to win.

If United go for Thomas Tuchel then we're basically going to be deciding who the next manager will be by January or the end of next season because he's not going to build anything long term at United. ETH may not be the long term answer but it makes sense for at least one more season where we can shift players and get in some other players to build a stronger spine

His lack of squad of rotation and running players in the ground is one of the reasons why players were out Injured and secondly he never thought once lemme change the way we need to play, stay compact and protect our depleted backline like he did in the last three games you do know we would have made top 4 if he did that this season but it took him 35 games to realize that 💀 yet somehow you trust this guy ? If Chelsea let Pochettino go now and go for a younger manager they'll be worse off. The reason why Chelsea were successful in the Roman Abramovich era was because Abramovich hired experienced managers. Plus Tuchel will be available, Conte wants back in and Mourinho is available. If these American owners are about business then it would make sense business wise to hire someone experienced
