I had Zoe 's vlog playing in the background and I didn't realise autoplay was on. I was just thinking, "Alfie sure is hogging Zoe's camera a lot" before I realised it had actually changed to Alfie's vlog -_-

Alfie - There is a surgical procedure that fixes reflux. It's a Nissen Fundoplication. The doc surgically tightens where the food goes in your stomach. I had it. Changed my life. Can eat anything with no pain. Good luck to you.

Alfie my acid reflux has been really bothering me lately too! I have diagnosed GERD and I've started sleeping with a wedge pillow to prop me up while sleeping and I'm on a daily medication now too ... hope you feel better soon!

alfie my sister had a similar issue with acid reflux (aka gerd) and they soda, fatty foods, caffeine, and alcohol cause it to be worse and they recommended for her to drink BAI which is like an antioxidant vitamin water which is super healthy and good for you, so try that!

Alcohol is really bad for acid reflux, so your 12 cocktails the night before may have been a contributing factor. I suffer with chronic acid reflux too. It's awful.

Alfie, I'm not sure if you've tried giving up dairy (I know, it's hard to imagine 😩), but cutting it out of my diet is literally the only thing that helped me get rid of my acid reflux. I love dairy, so I have a cheat day every now and then, but it's so worth giving up to feel better! 😉

From eBay you can get a humane spider/insect catcher. It's like a sort of cup with a sliding base on the end of a stick and you can carry them away without hurting them. I think they're less than £5

Hey Alifie, I am sorry to hear about your acid reflux condition. You should look into how dairy might be affecting this. I think if you cut the dairy out of your diet you will see improvement. Hope all is well!

Alfie I get acid reflux really bad & have tablets to take every day for it. I find mine is aggravated by alcohol even a day or two after drinking & even if I have just the one drink! I'm sure you've done it already but try doing a food diary to see when it flares up! It's bloody horrible so feeling your pain! Also went to get tickets for helloworld & then saw that the age limit is 13 so going to have to wait 2 years before I treat my daughter. 😩

Hey! My boyfriend used to suffer really badly with acid reflux, he would get it at least once a week. In July we decided to trial a plant based diet for 3 weeks after watching What the Health on netflix (along with a dozen other videos about animal cruelty within meat industry). Anyway - after feeling so much better, having more energy, skin clearing up etc we decided to continue eating this way. It has been nearly 3 months now (with a few 'cheat' days) and he hasn't had acid reflux once. Maybe give it a trial for a few weeks and see how you feel!?
