Rob...I spent my entire adult life in the entertainment industry...I was a lighting and sound engineer for the best of the best entertainers in the world, from Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr and more....this took my breath away and made me cry...it is just wonderful. Thank You!!!

I refuse to believe this is a high school orchestra. What talent! And the few moments you can see the conductor's face, he is so proud. I also love how him and the students all have their own little decorations/hats/eyepatches to match the pieces as well. I never had an experience like this in high school. The fact that they all showed up and put in the time outside of normal classes, rehealsals, performances to make this happen and have it be such a beautiful success amazes me. These kids deserve the best they can get, and so does the conductor, because he's clearly loved and respected. Truly awesome video. The time and effort behind it is known and appreciated, and I can't give you enough respect. Let's get LHS some dope improvements 🤩

The funny thing is Lafayette was one of the most competitive bands when I was in marching band but I only saw their performances for one of the two years I did marching band in high school, the have absolutely phenomenal talent and sound. Seeing people do things like this is quite emotional for me as I remember my band days in high school and I miss them dearly as we were all treated like the directors kids so we were all family.
