Just a heads up Hector, just because you eat clean doesn't mean you wont have a gut - track your calories and macros, eat under your total daily expenditure and you will lose weight, it is more simple than you think. (i.e. you could eat the cleanest food but if you eat over your maintenance you will still gain weight/fat)

The pool is green because no one is maintaining it, add some pool chlorine after every couple of use, same goes with the hot tub, shock it after a couple of use. The chlorine/shock kills all the bacteria and prevents it from turning green. Test the pH of the water aswell so you dont over do it. If they can't do that hire a pool/hot tub guy.
