Thanks for sharing, gentle reminder, Surrey is pronounced as Sarrey, NOT Sirrey. Also Kingston used to be part of Surrey, it is a London Borough since 1965, the proper name is Royal Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

Any comment or review of this builder? Are they focus on small scale development. How will you compare London Square with Barrett and Berkeley, in terms of build quality, internal finishes, management, warranty, after sales service and etc.. BTW, is the one now available with the same layout of the show house? Is the show house available for sale?

Hello Mic, happy to give you a call to discuss and provide analysis. There is no short answer when it comes to comparing these major developers, but I do know them really well. London Square may not be the leading developer in the UK but if you are familiar with London market, it is a name you definitely have come across. They are known for their quality and design specializing schemes in London and Greater London.

Lion 🦁 Surrey 是一個郡好大，每個地方街價不一樣，不是Surrey =好，九龍區何文田土瓜灣差一條街價錢都差好遠，同區來說，絶對非常合理
