I haven’t spoken French for 6 years since I moved back from Bayeux. I didn’t expect this to be in French but midway through I found myself looking away from the subtitles and the screen altogether and could understand 85% of what you were saying. You have fantastic articulation et toujours j’adore la langue français, merci monsieur

Honestly, the training in which recruits have to report on knowing if they've been followed or not sounds like a ton of fun for both the recruits and the one reviewing.

I was followed over the course of a few weeks, on two occasions. I was a target, when I was homeless, for trafficking. So scary. It is very important to listen to your instincts. Had I not done so every time, I would not be here. And don't wait to listen to the instincts. Take immediate necessary action. Like, moving out if the way, etc. I want women and girls everywhere to learn the signs of being followed, in a car, or on foot. Either way. Always stay safe.

Been there, done there many times. I lost count. I had formerly lived in a crime-ridden town ruled by underground IRA terrorists. I encountered many dangers there and more elsewhere. I always had lucky escapes, roughly between 10 - 20 times. For example - One time, I was followed by a serial sex murderer from Spain. He murdered schoolgirls back there and later escaped to Ireland. He was a pedophile. He mistook me for a child, when I was a babyfaced women in mid 20s, my voice high-pitched, my anime eyes large. I was frequently mistaken for a kid by everybody. That was few decades ago. I first saw this Spanish killer on a bus and he was sitting only two seats and an isle away. He had this dark lustful stare of a sex-hungry wolf and he tried talking to me in broken English. My gut feeling immediately told me to ignore him. So I pretended to fall asleep so not to seem rude. Meantime, I didn't know he was a sadist pedophile and a killer. He probably followed me from my bus to my address. The same week, I moved out of rental apartment. Unbeknown to me, he moved in one of the apartments nearby, but didn't know I had just moved out. My former landlord told me how police caught him. When I saw the article about the Spanish killer, I immediately recognised him in the photo. I was shocked. I am a great, great believer in gut feeling. There is always somebody from above watching us.

If you think there is a group working you, you can use a chokepoint to verify. But first thing is you don't want to give away that you think you are being surveilled. I was trained to 'bore them to death." Buy a newspaper, play on your phone, stop for coffee, go shopping, any mundane activity that will eventually get their team bored and running in circles. Don't turn your head to look around like you see in the movies, we don't do that. If you want to burn them and get them to back down, you can use a chokepoint to burn them.

You can be tailed by one person everyday by a different person, the same routine yes but they maybe a surface act then they balance what they do in that routine and all the while all you get is the same surveillance.🌄

car bumpers are an operators best friend when on "sunday strolls" and "cleaning runs"! with a little practice one can see enven the slightest hand signal in the reflection of a car bumper! its not full proof, but seriously limits the need to turn and look when you train your mind to look without turning! just saying

If you are under surveillance by a team of over 30 field agents, then the chances are they have credible information of what you are up to and the only reason you are not "brought in" is because they want to know who your contact is. In this case you have to abort the meet. But in some extraordinary cases, this cant be done and you have to meet. Then you must execute a series of counter survillance tradecraft in order to disorient the survillence team so that meet can happen and you can be back to where you should be so that information can be passed on before you are "secured" by the agency tailing you. In situation like this, personal safety goes out the window. What matters is the mission. But it must be understood that Intelligence agencies inherently maintains a small organization of personnel in order to be effective (yeah! Some agencies have thousands of people working for them but you will find that they maintain a global reach. Therefore dissipate their numerical advantages). So survillence with such a multi layered teams seldom happens. Unless you are a "ticking time bomb" Also, advances in SigInt and Electronic Intelligence means that large teams are not needed. But then again these are as easy to overcome as they are as easy for the tracking team to employ. Remember, tracers works both ways!

Hello Martial, thank you for engaging. I believe, in the west the freedom of information act allows you to have such elementary level of knowledge on espionage and it's tradecraft. A trained intelligence officer would tell you that information shared on tradecraft here in this video barely scratched the surface. In this regard, I shall thank the person narrating in this video of his ability to give a great general understanding of the subject matter without giving away vital operational procedures. Lastly, I would ask you to consider the fact that someone may be watching this right now and be inspired to serve his or her country's intelligence agency who may very well turn out to be next generation's Eli Cohen or David Tyson. Remember, an intelligence agency is only as good as the people working for them! In reference to your comment that terrorist entity picking up tips from this video, I must inform you that even non state actors like al-Qadea, ISIS, etc. possess a very capable intelligence apparatus to safeguard their operations. They maintain a very robust information collection and information dissemination capabilities. Their counter intelligence capabilities can give any western intelligence agencies a run for their money in a day of their choosing. That is a one more reason that more bright young minds needs to come through the gates. Add the rejuvenated GRU and SVR (Russian Intelligence) and revitalised MSS (Chinese Intelligence) to the mix, the need for bright young minds answering the call of their respective nation is greater than ever before. Thank you for your time.
