Nice video on leveling using level machine, at the (C.P)Change point explain with sketch showing FS & BS readings should be taken at the same point before & after shifting instrument respectively the staff man should move only after BS on the CP is taken or the entire survey can fail. The Instrument must be shifted after every 1000mts. Also part to whole method should be used means the point from where you start survey on the same point your survey should end. Means 1st.& last RL should be same. We ask our surveyors to do so. Leveling should be done in the morning & it should be closed before bright sunrise. Never survey leveling etc. in hot sun it can spoil your eyes & give wrong readings. Also carry umbrella while taking readings using the level machine.I've given e.g from the highway (OGL)original ground level RL workout for the earthworks in the embankment longitudinal & crossectional levels are taken in proceedings. Good luck.

Bro. I not am clear regarding 4.37m total excavation depth Because our meant depth is 1.97m(i.e meant NGL). And our aim is to excavation 2 m below the ground. Plz reply bro. Why we again add 2.4 and 1.97

It is called temporarily bench mark. Ek permanent structure ko bech mark maan k uske reference se survey krte hai. You can assume any value. Like 100, 200 etc. Kaam hone k baad phr jo tbm liya hai.. ussi k reference se wapas check hoga level
