About me:
Hi! I'm Sniff or Cass, and I'm a Minecraft builder that has been in love with the game since 2011! I like to do gaming content around sandbox and creative games, like Minecraft, The Sims 4, and much more!
What's this? A brand new series?! What a fun time! Anyways! Welcome to Master Magic, a series where I'm going to be mastering one magic mod per episode with the exception of this episode. It's just a silly fantasy survival series with some fun roleplay aspects. I really hope y'all like it.

Your channel is a breath of fresh air compared to the current MCYT formula. Not another “100 days hardcore!” or “100 play simulate”. Your narration shows a genuine interest. You don’t play mainstream and watching your gameplay I can feel investment you have a wonderful personality and I love you expressing your interests in other topics outside of Minecraft but still being able to implement that into the core of the gameplay. It truly feels like a sandbox game when you play it, not following a specific formula and not worrying about how to appease your audience. A smaller part is seeing more female minecrafters make content. In the KZfaq scene I don’t see many female MC players and if I do, they usually have a small following and are often times ignored, and this hurts me being a girl it makes me doubt if we even matter as part of the player base. But you shine through and it brings me hope seeing a woman with 100k+ subscribers and feels like we matter ❤ thank you!

Agreed, I normally find this sort of content rather repetitive; but Snifferish’s diverse diction and engaging storytelling brings a much needed element to the common MCYT formula. I could’ve sworn I’ve seen another video by snifferish a few months ago, but I neglected to subscribe. I can safely say that I corrected that mistake.

Apparently botany pots don't work well with some shaders, so that's probably why they weren't rendering correctly!

to everyone asking about the modpack, here's the mods i could identify in this video: botania, apotheosis, blood magic, ice and fire, sophisticated backpacks, HTs treechop, artifacts, create, comforts, mystical agriculture, cosmetic armor, ars nouveau, vein mining, farmer's delight, occultism, goblin traders, when dungeons arise, alex's caves, simply swords, supplementaries, paraglider, diagonal fences, iron chests, botany pots, mairusz's enchantments, iron's spells 'n spellbooks, chipped, macaw doors and windows, dramatic doors, carry on, corail tombstone, reliquary, eidolon: repraised, WTHIT, william wyther's expanded ecosphere, xaero's world map, terralith (not sure?) this is by no means a complete list but i figured it could help with the comments asking for a modlist !!!!

Any idea what game version and/or mod loader is being used? I'm trying to put these all together myself but some mods don't share compatible game versions (e.g. Blood Magic is only up to 1.18.2 but Alex's Caves doesn't go lower than 1.20.1) EDIT: I think it's Forge 1.20.1. Blood Magic does support 1.20.1 but only via Alpha files.

This is SUCH a breath of fresh air! I've been searching for minecraft letsplays for a while, and all I've been able to find is "100 DAYS IN BOSS RUSH FANTASY HARDCORE". It is sooooo nice to be able to sit down and relax with a slower paced series, with someone who genuinely sounds like they're enjoying it. PLEASE continue this series.

gotta love how you showed guilt over the first 2 dragons and then the 3rd one gets killed off a few seconds after it being shown and then looted all in the span of 10 seconds

You had such a good start! I tried a magic playthrough too back then with the same dragon mod but kept getting murdered by them even though i'd be 30 blocks away

Tip for digging straight down, 1 by 2 hole, stand in between the 2 blocks and mine down a pillar, if it’s safe mine another pillar on the other side and repeat

You can tell that any future cave dragons you kill are female because female ice and fire dragons don't have marks on their wings, the males do. Lightning dragons all have faded lightning marks on there wings but the males have a purple edge.

I love love your builds so I was thrilled to see that there was such a big part of the video dedicated to building the house as well! A minecraft series is just… it just attracts something in me. Maybe nostalgia perhaps? It’s not like the usual minecraft series I used to watch but still, I’m… glad? Happy? I guess. Since editing and trying to make things short is kinda the modern trend rn. I hope this series last long and gets a lot of views! So minecraft can prosper a couple more years.

This was a wonderful start to a journey. Felt like I was peeking over your shoulder as you went through this start, and was so pleased I had to sub. This is a wonderful blend of many things. Story, walk-thru, and even a bit of how to. Love it! Some of the things you mentioned I have seen before but also much I haven't, so am intrigued, and trying not to sit on the edge of my seat for the next episode! (spoiler: Not working... First video ever watched by you and honestly IM HOOKED!! Liked and subscribed, 30 minutes ago I had no idea who you were and now I've come to the conclusion that I've been missing out WHATT.. I love the narration, thank you so much for this kind of content you make me want to enjoy watching Minecraft videos again. I'm so fascinated with RP and magic Minecraft series it's not even funny, and it sucks that not everyone is on that wave. I've seen the best RP youtubers completely change over to what's trending, content that's more so for a younger audience making the viewers that have been watching since the start slowly fall off. BUT I JUST HOPE YOU STAY THIS AUTHENTIC I LOVE IT!
