I want to tell everyone in this situation, Don't blame yourself for your (ex)/spouse behavior. My husband cheated on me multiple times too. I forgave too much and tolerated it for too long and the lying was just insane. Am glad am not in it anymore because I would have lost my mind. I felt depressed and the thought of hardship but am not gonna give up on myself, I was lucky to meet a woman who helped me building the little finance I could get off from the marriage during separation. Now am a single mom with healthy kids, who are enjoying their best life. I remember my ex husband threatening me that I can never make it without him, it's been 18 months. Am glad to prove him wrong !!!

I went through a lot of financial crisis during my divorce, I had to raise my two kids alone, Currently I'm living smart and frugal with my money. Bought my second house already. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for me; even till now I earn monthly through passive income. I'm planning on retiring when my kids finish college.

Always remember to thank God for what you already have for example your kids, parents, friends, job, and so on. When life gives you 100 reasons to cry, give life a thousand reasons to smile. Do have a lovely day.

Girl you are a God send. I'm 24 and currently going thru the beginning stages of divorce.. He emotionally divorced me before the actual process. I held onto the hope, fraught to the very end, and he still wants it. So I definitely went through the stages of grief.. I wish I had seen this when I was going through a divorce. I tried to plead with him on why she should stay together instead of just trusting God. Now I am so closer to God and although it’s painful I am starting to work on myself.

Thank you so much for sharing your journey. My husband of 6 years packed all his things and left today. It’s been a roller coaster ride for of emotions today. I’ve cried hard, grieved, felt lost, abandoned, guilty, hated. At one point I felt like fainting from the shock. I knew deep down our relationship was destined for divorce so it didn’t come completely as a shock but I was very shocked coming home to an empty house. My heart is so heavy right now. My heart aches for my dog too because every car she hears outside she subtly wags her tail thinking it’s dad. I feel guilty that she will have to go through a grieving process because she loves my husband so much. It’s so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel to be honest. This is the most painful thing I’ve ever felt. But I have this overwhelming sense of just letting go. I’m so terribly heartbroken. What makes this harder is that we were planning on starting a family this year. My head hurts, my heart hurts, every hurts. I saw your video and it gave me hope. I really want to avoid letting this situation lead me to suicidal thoughts or depression so I think I’m going to start going to call counseling. Again, thank you for sharing your journey. My divorce has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through in my life and to have someone take the time to help me to think about it all and who I want to be and go about this marriage ending means so very much to me.
