You could always build wooden shutters on the outside. Do that, you can close, and then it'll make it dark in your and plus you can put a insulation in between the 2 layers of wood on them. And then that way, it insulates to heat from the outside.

This channel gets more and more fun! “I will NEVER want to live in 4 walls, I love living in a tent.” Ryan builds a cabin. “I love hauling water!” Ryan’s digging a well. Now the camping situation is complete with a retractable coffee table and a projector. Young man, you crack me up! My Saturday morning routine always starts off at the Worm!

I though for sure that you would have immediately realized that if you tilt the screen and tilt the projector there will be no distortion and no compensation needed. Only when one is tilted I used to make scrambled eggs like that... then I learned how to cook eggs lol. All the ingredients are great , it's the constant movement/obsessive compulsive stirring of the eggs that makes them into rubbery nuggets. Sometime maybe try letting the eggs sit undisturbed and just push the cooked egg to the side of the pan and tilt the pan to let the uncooked egg move to the pan surface. Also whipping some air into the eggs with a fork before dumping into the pan makes them lighter/fluffier. LOL it only took me 64 years to learn this technique of cooking eggs... learned it from watching Japanese/Korean youtube videos although I hear that the French have always used this technique also. The difference is incredible!

Just have so much respect for how well you keep track of all your things. So many of the off grid builders never think of organizing their equipment. Just leave expensive tools and parts all over without seeming regard for where they left stuff. I’m a Libra and my busy brain sighed when I saw all your things put away nicely and you knew right where to look when you needed something. Entertaining, charming and funny yea you!!

I've had projectors for decades now. The best setup for viewing is over that window to block light from spilling out from behind the screen. Your getting alot of washout from all the window light. Blackout curtains will mitigate your washout. An alternate solution would be installing shutters. That's a trick my parents taught me. They built frames and filled it with insulation. Then they skinned both sides. It not only blocks light but cuts window heat loss in the winter.

Projector and screen, nice. Some shades on the windows would be good for all the reasons you said. To add a level of ease on locking the table height find some locking clam cleats. They'll hold the line with cams. Thanks for the video.

I used to shoot iron sights. At 42 my eyes started to degenerate, like the rest of me only more noticeably. Now, with trifocals, no way. Hard to use a sight and line up the proper area of the lens for the depth. My brain still doesn't like the perception. So, only way is naked, poor sighted, ocular devices into a more powerful, and infinitely adjustable, sight. Or get close enough to blast away with a shotgun aimed in the general direction.

You do not need the math. Just aim at the center of a tree at the level of a known point on the tree and witness the impact, repeat until you have a group. Then measure the distance from aim point to impact point. That is your hold over.

Make a french cleat style slot-in mounting point on the _underside_ of the table (so that the projector-on-slat is really easy to remove and set back up, and always in exactly the right position when you need it), hoist the table up and out of the way, keystone the image, sorted. The image will be much more stable (cos less dangle-sway) and you'll not be constantly trying not to knock the table top or breathe heavy. Two small side tables for beer and salted peanuts, lovely. Salted cashews is also acceptable if lording it up like a bourgeoisie on occasion.
