This one caught me off guard in the best way possible. Jem managed to get her idol but was voted off immediately afterwards with the idol in her pocket.

Not too often I am surprised by an outcome of episode, but I was this time. Pleasantly surprised in fact. Very deserved and satisfying blindside.

She totally overplayed. The idea of replanting the clue just for the fun of it was unnecessary and gave her needless suspicion. She also played aggressively around camp shaking down Tim and Ben. On the other hand, this episode gave us a clear demonstration of how powerful Maria and Charlie are right now, and this was an effective blindside keeping them on top. This was a great episode considering the snooze fest that was the first four episodes!

Ben has achieved legend status. As Jelenski roughly said "getting the person you want out, with out having your own vote."

Well this was at least more entertaining the past few episodes LOL but damn we had to lose Jem 😭

That was INSANEEE. I was so glad Ben stayed though 😭. I think Jem had some potential but her continuously pushing Ben and Tim unnecessarily put a target on her back. Overall I think it was a good episode cause we got more content from literally everyone, and Charlie played rlly well this round !

God damn they got her. She was one of my favorites this season. Jem definitely overplayed a bit too much, but she was so fun to watch. GG.

Even though Jem was an interesting villain with how she misdirected the Beware Advantage, this was still an epic blindside. (Especially with Maria making it look like two different people wrote her name down with her double vote) Plus we don't have to call Ulonging "Yanuing" now. That was an epic moment.

Maria's strategy with the extra vote was pretty interesting. Write it down two different ways to look like two different people voting. I didn't really see the point of using it here since Jem was already going, but it was a cool idea that I'd like to see be applied in the future. Edit: Okay, I think I figured out why she used it. Nobody else knew if Ben had an extra vote, so if Maria used her extra vote, it would give the perception that Ben voted, meaning Ben WOULD have gotten the extra vote, putting a bigger target on his back than Maria.

What a blindside!! I’m not surprised Jem was voted out, but I’m surprised it happened before the merge. I thought for sure she would make it to Jury at least. Ben and Charlie must have worked some magic to get Maria on board with this. Maria’s extra vote gone; Ben’s vote restored; Jem fooled out. What a night!! With the merge coming up, I’d like to see either Ben, Tim, Hunter, Liz, or Q voted out next.

i kinda thought it would be ben after maria talked about leaving emotions aside. as if she was saying to charlie "i know you like ben, but he's a huge threat."

I forgot to comment Randen and Bhanu my own exit speech so imma do that here with Jem now too. Randen: Randen won challenge after challenge while straining his body, but now that he’s gone, he’s left Venus with nobody. Bhanu: Bhanu wanted a million hearts, and that he got, but now he’s left Yanu, and that’s a wrap for Bhanu. Jem: Jem literally found her gem in the form of an idol, but thanks to Maria and Charlie, she won’t be spending another night in the jungle.

Jem was my winner pick, but I am gladly surprised that she got booted before the merge. She got on my nerves bragging about how everyone was her pawn and how untouchable she was within her tribe. Tim and Moriah may be dull players, but they didn’t get on my nerves like Jem did.

i loved jem so much on this season. she’s also probably my favorite pre merge boot from the new era. her whole idol fiasco was so entertaining to watch & i feel like it made siga a lot more interesting imo (very hot take ik). im hoping someone from yanu or nami wins 🙏
