The only time that Johnny Fairplay paid Sandra a compliment was when he said that she spoke the language so well. After that they didn't get along at all. LOL

Rupert stealing Morgan's shoes won the award for best moment, but my favorite part of this scene is Sandra trading a piece of jewelry for an entire barbecue feast.

Only other time I can think of is in Africa when Ethan and Lex took goats to a market, sold them, said they’d live good lives, and watched the new owner sell the goats right back to the butchers.

I actually chatted with Tijuana personally about this scene and she was livid about the editing. They made it seem like she was a crazy person but there was a lot they didn’t show. 🙄

I'm not surprised unfortunately. The show seems to do that a lot and while I can understand to a degree with how much they have to leave out to get it down to a certain time, it sucks how they choose to portray people in certain scenes.

In both cases the seller is giving her a price and Sandra is like: "The other seller was giving me a better price."

1:32-1:48 She is asking him how much for the bag of rice and he says 3 she says no and that the guy back there said he would do it for 2. 1:40-1:47 hes not moving from 3 so she moves on from him since she can get it cheaper from the other guy.

This WAS a blowout. The other tribe not only lost, they are not getting WHY they are losing. You are Caucasians standing in a sea of local Latin American people. The LAST THING you should do? Shout at them and treat them like pigs. No wonder these locals are stealing from them. The locals would treat them in a civilized manner had these opposing tribe of Sandra showed respect.
