Before we jump to labeling this guy as a predator. Do we even know what touching means here? Because the only thing we saw was him moving her hair out of her face. I'm sorry but for some people that's a totally human thing to do to build trust or show affection. If it made her uncomfortable, all of this could be cleared up by politely saying "hey, do you mind not touching me?". But instead, she acted like it was fine, then continued to talk crap about him with others. People come from different cultures, people show affection in different ways, a little communication goes a long way to setting boundaries and avoiding stuff like this from going further than it needs to. After hearing this, Janet proceeds to vote for Dan at tribal council since she thinks it’s the right thing to do but then when she confronted the girls with Dan present, they all stood up for Dan claiming that he didn’t do anything to them. Two of them even admitted after the show that they exaggerated the story to try and get rid of Dan.
