This is a superb video and explanation. I think a lot of people just do the postures and don't realize that, without concentrating on integrating proper breathing, they're really only stretching. This explained how to breathe through the whole thing. Thank you.

I had wanted to do this everyday for a long time and there were so many variations I found on the web. However, your routine was the easiest and best to follow - especially the coordination of the breath. So, thank you. I am trying to do three reps every morning (even though I'm not always successful...) in the hope that it will help with my lower back pain and my general lack of flexibility!

I just wanted to increase my height but was not successful for I was not doing the respiration part properly.but after watching this video I am cheered up again and l feel that I can do it.well I am also a fat girl.and along with the increase in my height l even want to loose 5 kgs weight

Excellent and simple instructions, no one tells beginners how to breath through the asanas. this was very helpful. I think yoga lovers would appreciate if you uploaded some full routines as well. Maybe 20-30 min practice for daily use? Thank you for the videos!

Hi Madam, Your tutorial is really helpful. But i have some doubts. I have this stomach bloating problems. Does SuryaNamaskara helps to get rid off that? and also my arms are not touching the feet without bending knees during the 2nd position. Is that an issue? Then, how many rounds should i do reducing this belly ?
