The Suryopanishad is one of the 31 Upanishads associated with the Atharva Veda, in which Surya the Sun God is used as a reference for absolute consciousness - *brahman*.
It is the mantra that invokes our solar energy, and by sincerely chanting or listening to this Upanishad - it is said to help us realize our true nature.
