I was just so disappointed that she did not win. It was just unbelievable. Susan is exactly what Britain's Got Talent is. She went on to sell millions of records and people talk about her everywhere.

I remember when Susan came on I was watching with my mum who is no longer with us I said why are they being so judgemental we have not heard her sing yet and like the rest of the world was blown away

What was the matter with this presenter/interviewer? She kept interrupting the flow by saying irrelevant and even fairly disrespectful things. She sounded very unprofessional. Also, the question about the makeover was just plain insulting. It certainly makes me not want to watch that TV show.
