Thank you for hosting Vikas Singh Ji, but the standard of questions is most disappointing and unexpected given that you are a lawyer yourself. "Who are you scared of?" "Who is putting political pressure?" "Any assumptions or guesses"?! It's a prepared list of questions, is it not? How about - "How long can the CBI remain silent" "What legal recourse does the family have in the absence of a closure report within --x--- timeframe?" "The CBI received the mandate in August 2020 from the Supreme Court, can the Court not order a closure report within -----". "An SIT was supposedly formed re Disha Salian. Can an independent case be filed for her death?" "What laws can be changed so as to prevent the CBI from remaining silent indefinitely?" "What is the process by which the media can be held accountable, and to a higher standard (at this point, any reasonable standard) for defaming victims?" etc and, if you really wanted to be spontaneous, how about "You just stated that you gave advice to SRK ‘as a friend’. Given how angry the public is with BW and how Sushant’s death has had a huge impact on the industry, was it difficult to manage the SSR Case and navigate any conflict of interest assertions that may have come up?!

I raised a point about the questions posed to Vikas Singh Ji, it’s rather a missed opportunity to address very important issues the public is rightfully concerned with, issues that are required to be addressed in a democracy. I never perceived him to be a social activist lawyer or anything other than what he is. There are multiple legal issues he could have given his views on - my list is long but by no means exhaustive - which pertain to the SSRCase (and do not require breaking privilege) and a lot of which pertain to cases in general. The system is broken and change is the need of the hour. What a country this is, where a murder case can be met with stubborn silence for four years and it’s being stated that the leading investigative agency is just waiting out the clock on public patience before closing the case. SSRians have shown that we take our oath more seriously than the CBI officers take theirs. #unitedwestand

If I was in CBI, I would call for a press meet, display all the evidence and say who murdered sushant and why. Even if I would lose my job in this initiation. But this would definitely be a big slap on the face of the judiciary and legal system. The amount of stir this press conference would cause in the public would be sufficient enough to arrest and punish the culprits. Unfortunately, it looks like the CBI is a mere doll at the hands of the home ministry. All of them should be wearing bangles on their hands. That's why this case is not going forward and is not being closed as a suicide because of public pressure.

Inspiring Story Sir, My Father Sr.Lawyer at HC of Gwalior, asked me to learn how to take dates with our Munshi ji at first. But once he had gone to Bombay for his stress test & he gave me responsibility to fought a case at HC before Justice Shashi Dubey ji . I sat in the court our case was listed at no. 5 I was waiting for other senior lawyers of our office to join me,but to my anxiety none came, & to add suspense, first four cases were adjourned & I was one to start, I started very fluently & suddenly I got nervous, Judge said common speak up you are doing well & again I gathered confidence, I won the case, Later I saw my office ppl were sitting behind. Sushant's sister Shweta said so many things about spirituality and she also said that she wanted to know the truth behind his brother's death. Then now, this Lawyer is saying that the family has stopped them to further investigate the case. Why is it so?? Why did the family stop him from delving more into the case. Yeh murder zaroor hai and Jo uske sath tha unlogo ne hi murder Kiya and woh Disha k case se related hai. But family members v SSR ki death k zimmedar hai kyuki why didn't they understand the situation?? Unlogo ko kuch ajeeb nhi laga kya?? Toh fir zid kar sakte the ki chalo hamare sath. No need to stay here. Kyun unn enemies k bich chodke chala gaya. This is the reason why mothers are important. Agar SSR ka Mom aj Zinda hoti toh shyd situation kuch different hota. Agree with this point that, right people are not selected & indecisiveness of a judge. Plus, so many vacancies not being filled 🤔 Also the hierarchy system is pathetic, even if the person is not capable is given the charge. Judiciary & police system is totally corrupt & obsolete. Also with the dirty political control, justice is automatically not possible.

The judiciary has become a joke seeing the orders coming from the high courts the common men are losing the faith in the judiciary trust me. Also, the supreme and high court orders must be scrutinised by a committee of retired bureaucrats or legal experts, also the lawyers must be scrutinised because many people are ruined and many people lose their life’s earning giving the fees to a lawyer do everything has to be considered Really sad state of affairs. The parliament has to change this system from bottoms up

Correct, questions must be very concise, structured and asked in the manner that the prestigious person like him can answer without hesitation , and if hesitating then please don't tell him/her to guess , to tell something like political pressure etc can be offending , lest the content was fine.
