Sushi!

Sushi Rice
3 cups cooked sushi rice.
Sushi rice seasoning liquid
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
4 tsp sugar
4 tsp salt
1 small sheet kombu (optional)
Heat all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid over cooked rice and gently fold fold in without smashing the rice. Set aside and let cool
Spicy tuna mixure
8 oz fresh Sashimi grade tuna chopped
1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
1 Tbsp siriacha sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger grated
In a bowl, add mayo, siriacha, sesame oil, ginger and soy sauce. Mix until evenly combined. Than add tuna and gently mix until coated.
Avocado sliced
Cucumber juilenned
green onion thinly sliced
1 package of Nori sushi sheets
Assemble sushi as shown. Slice, serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and enjoy!

I wouldn't say most adults, most adults can probably cook better than him, but it depends. My mum is gambian so she knows how to make gambian dishes, but she doesn't know how to make that many western dishes, and kian tends to make western dishes but it doesn't really mean he's a better cook. Just an example ofc. But yeah he is really good at cooking.

Like, for example, I live in Italy and we cook basically everything in my house and you would automatically learn how to cook many things just by having family members that teach you some basics. Maybe even the little chief in this video has some family members that knows how to cook sushi and that's how he knew how to make it (or maybe he is simply talented and he has this as his passion).

- of western world not for eastern world, dude. here, me for example, already can make simple dish, egg fried rice but Indonesian style(with kecap manis n stuff) like.. since in elementary school time. but of course just the simple version(no smoky flavor, no overnight leftover rice, etc). the taste not that great like in the food vendor
