Suspect in custody following fatal shooting at west Toledo apartment complex

Күн бұрынA 26-year-old man is in custody and charged with murder in connection to a fatal shooting in west Toledo.
According to Toledo police, officers were called to Hilltop Village Apartments in the 3500 block of Hilltop Boulevard Tuesday afternoon on a "check the safety" call, after family members said 24-year-old Ashley Darrington failed to drop off her two children, ages 1 and 2, at daycare that morning.
Following an investigation, police identified 26-year-old Robert Sherman as the suspect. According to a police report, Sherman and Darrington have children together.

Sherman is a monster that has to be crazy to kill the mother of your children who in their right mind would do a bad thing like that. She was beat by him.but he didn't want to walk away and leave her alone. He should get the death penalty for his actions
