He shouldn't be charged. They were in the process of STEALING his property. He really did the public a favor. If they had of gotten away with the car and the bag of guns, more than likely the guns end up on the streets, in the hand of another young person. Who ends taking the life of someone else.

Why would he be in fear? His car was being stolen while he was nowhere near it. He defended his property as was his right but don't try to paint it as though his life was in danger.

That's not up to the sheriff... that's up to the George Soros-financed minion of a district attorney to decide, and the sheriff stated that. Just means the sheriff feels that the victim was in the legal right to do what he did, as well as making sure that his firearms didn't end up in the criminals' hands. That's what the sheriff is really glad for.

The district attorney can decide that the extremes that he took against the criminals for stealing his car is warranted enough to charge him, because his life wasn't in danger. However, the 'fear' would be, as was reported in the video clip, to keep those firearms that were inside the car from falling into the wrong hands and being used against innocents, as 006ahenry stated. That's what the victim's biggest 'fear' was about and why he took the steps that he did, and that's what the sheriff is grateful about. It's up to the DA to decide, not the sheriff, however, to charge him, and since he/she is a George Soros-financed DA, who knows what will happen.

Depends on what the law says. In certain states, shooting someone over property or possessions will land you in prison. That's not life threatening. Now, in his case, the guns they were after could constitute a threat had they reached them. He just may be in the clear on this.
