If a divorce does take place this is the time when the questionable children of this marriage WILL have to be addressed. She may not care what the RF think but the British public will not accept the children remaining in the line of succession or having any Royal titles without proof they were born of her body. She needs to be very careful with what information the RF holds on her, they can bring her down anytime once they are separated. I don’t think Charles will get involved in giving her money, he is very astute where money is concerned. He was the one who stopped her spending more money on clothes etc. while they were working royals.

As for M, no one associates Diana with her. She isn't going to merch anything either. They have no relationship, aren't related to one another, don't resemble each other and have never even met. You can't create memories with the public when there was nothing there to begin with. You never see Catherine doing that. While she has paid homage to her by wearing a similar gown, that's about it. She never makes claims on Diana or pretends to be her by copying her poses. She is her own woman and has her own identity. Not to mention, Diana's jewels, especially her sapphire ring, have already been recreated for the masses. I recently saw a post on social media where a young woman was showing off her engagement ring that was a replica. What would M offer to the public that would be unique in any way? If you believe those photos of the little girl is their biological daughter, then you can also see she has no resemblance to Diana either. M is just weird and creepy. There's no nice way of saying it. I hope she ends up with nothing. She hasn't earned a penny.

The court case has to play out first. If Harry's strategic, once he loses that case, he should dump all the titles with some sort of condescending commentary. It's the only way to prove to Charles he's returning home because he loves Charles and is willing to protect the monarchy.

IMHO I can’t see M retaining her title in a settlement. Diana had her HRH taken away following her divorce but was allowed the style Diana, Princess of Wales because she was the mother of a future King. The wife has no such standing. If Harry obtains a residence in the UK he absolutely can pursue a divorce there. It's his domicile of origin. That would be another perk for him. I believe divorce settlements are kept private. Archie, while eligible, won't have US citizenship unless they've applied to have it recognized. If Harry was smart 😹 he'd put his titles into abeyance before the divorce. Like throw a very public hissy fit after he loses the court case for security and reject the titles. It'll appear as though he's cut off his nose to spite his face, but it's actually strategic.

This reading makes a lot of. Sense. What she’s always craved is stardom and acceptance by the Hollywood elite. She thought marrying Harry getting a title would gain her that but it hasn’t. So it makes sense she would go after someone with money and power in the industry that can give her access to the world she really wants to be accepted into. My money is on Tedross she turned up for the Marley premier and the Beyonce concert where he and his wife was. People were assuming it was her wanting to be seen perhaps we read it wrong. We only have to look at her pursuit of Harry to know she stalks her victims nothing she does is without planning. I thought it might have been Bezos but his partner is to in tune with her after all she got him the same way so she’d see her coming a mile off and did and cut her off and out of any events she was throwing. Her downfall will be her greed she wants it all. She will want to keep the title RF connections to fall back on should her chosen one get tired of her. And as the cards show she has an obsession with Diana she once told a PR company she wanted to be more famous than Diana and she wanted at least three stories a week in the press. Hence all the press saturation . She will lose a custody battle for Archie because he’s born in the UK and rather than admit she didn’t birth him she’ll relinquish custody if only to keep her fraud secret. But that could be Harry revenge he may well tell the world she lied the advantage he has is he’s the child’s biological father. I’m pretty sure there is no invisabet. I don’t think she’ll be allowed to keep the Duchess title she may think she has the upper hand on the RF. But if she thinks about it’s them that have the upper hand she’s the one who faked a pregnancy she’s the one who committed fraud against the monarchy and the British people. Harry apparently told someone he thought they should tell the truth but she wouldn’t hear if it. Because she knows once the truth is out she’ll have no bargaining chip. Harry is too stupid to see he has the upper hand and a way out of this sorry mess. The RF are staying out of it because it’s not their mess to clean up it’s Harry’s. And if the fool engaged his brain the answer has been there all along what she’s been holding over him is his way out of the mess he stupidly let her lead him into.

There isn't any money left. Meghan has spent all Harry's money, or siphoned it away somehow. The RF will do to Meghan what they did to Sarah in the same circumstances. The late Queen gave her money to buy a house and put it in the name of the children plus a (relatively) modest severance package to reflect half the sale of the first house she shared with Andrew. Sarah then had to rely on her own wits and Andrew's generosity to her as the mother and joint custodian of the two girls.

King Charles has said something like "Parliament has to take care of this situation"...meaning, I think, get the Removal of titles bill through Parliament. So, he has distanced himself. Also, If the labour Party wins, Starmer might do a "no royal family titles can be used by persons living in other countries" to add to the ending of H&M's Faux Royal Tours. If the titles are gone...then Meghan loses her grip and connection. She will be out peddling her wares for anyone that will take her.

The only "residence" they need to offer Harry is a long term stay at a psychiatric facility that does mental health care/substance abuse rehab long term. If Meghan wants a share of that in the divorce, she can check herself in too.

I hope this now means Harry has had the wool taken from his eyes. He has grown into an odious adult and I think probably still can't acknowledge the damage and hurt he has caused to the RoyalFamily - initiated solely out of Markle's jealousy.. My original admiration for him evaporated very quickly when he married Markle and adopted her dispicable ways. I do think, however, that he might be cured if he took a 'freedom' flight back to the U.K. for treatment.

In my opinion, it can go 2 ways: 1 she will receive a big pay off to go away and shut up, or 2 she will go on cheap chat shows, write trashy books, revealing Harry's secrets. What she means is that Archie had to be born of the Meg's body which we all believe he was not. That is what would preclude him from being a Prince like the Wales children as Harry wasn't married to Archie's mother.

Interesting reading Shanta. I believe that the King will adhere to what QEII/Phillip did during his divorce and his siblings divorces. They did not offer any material (money and property) to be used in bargaining. It was left up to the person and their lawyers. Whatever property/assets at the time of your divorce is what could be offered. The cards align with that philosophy. Meghan isn’t going to get very much.
