"Mr. Miura is no longer a being that exists on this physical plane. While we won't be able to talk going forward, your spirit will be with me through time and space in my memories and in my heart. Mr. Miura, as always, I am in your debt" - Susumu Hirasawa

It was too large to be called an instrument- massive, heavy, and far too awesome. Indeed, it was more like a raw heap of sound.

That's because Miura-sensei himself insisted for Susumu to compose osts for Berserk anime. Susumu got free reign to make whatever song he want.

I think we know plenty about Susumu Hirasawa, though. We've got plenty of photos, interviews, concerts, and he posts on twitter pretty much every day.

@@lonelyshpee7873 (Sorry for the late reply) Yeah I guess so, but still not as much as we know about certain other celebs such as, let's say, Cameron Diaz or Brad Pitt. But yeah we do know a lot about Hirasawa sensei, his controversial political opinions have been known for a long time actually.

BREAKING NEWS: Horror at a Japanese singer’s concert. A Berserk enthusiast kills hundreds of spectators with a giant sword screaming “GRIFFIIIIIIIISSSS!!!!”
This was not even close to what I would've imagined, but it really supports my high regard for this man. Every time someone mentions watching Berserk '97, my first response is always "Hell yeah, the one with the amazing Susumu Hirasawa soundtrack."
@LukasTHEWalker7 жыл бұрын
Berserk wouldn't be the same without you. You are a amazing composer, please never stop producing these amazing works :)
This might be my favorite version of Forces 1.5. Those synthesized strings add a powerful, sinister tone to the song, and really help to sell the darkness of Guts's journey.
This song is for you, Miura sensei. Thank you for all. 🖤🙏🏻

Time assaults us with towering waves I answer to the fading voices trolling the night roads I will never forget about you On this road of unfulfillment, I still stand alone Like a wounded bird, I endure the rain with grace Awash in the blood of the wounded earth, we sleep Oh stars, grandly recount the events of this night! I will never forget about you I simply exist alone in this freezing night O unfading voices, revive now to your full strength! Hai Yai Forces Hai Yai Forces Listen, o soaring tower of darkness, at which even the wind cries Shed light on you, wounded and trolling the night roads I will never forget about you On this road of unfulfillment, I still walk alone Go forth! O loquacious shadows, come and guide me! Hai Yai Forces Hai Yai Forces
LOOK AT HIS FACE WHILE SINGING HAIIIIIYAIII FORCEEES!!! CHILL AS FUCK!
