Two days ago my dad test drove a 2017 Jaguar XE 3.0 Supercharge V6 with AWD. What a car and we are so happy that Jaguar offers AWD drive. We been shopping for cars cuz the lease on my dads 2015 Hyundai Genesis. 3.8 V6 with Htrac AWD is up in December of this year. Before my dad has test driven Jaguars in the past and he was never a big fan of them. But when he test drove the XE with AWD he said it drove nice. And he says it's on the list.

the same thing happened in our escape, in the first year we had 3 tires replaced.

Long, but nice review Reid. I had to grin at the snow and ice there. Up here in Canada, we have snow for almost half the year. I have had rear-wheel drive, and front-wheel drive cars and have never had an issue getting around. Of course, being in Texas, that type of weather is rare and I understand your difficulty driving in it.

Thanks! I hated to make the video this long, but I'd rather be as thorough as I can rather than leave factors I find important out of the video. If we were more accustomed to having inclement winter weather, I'm sure the experience would have been different, especially if we had the need for winter tires.

Yeah, winter tires make a difference, but on ice, nothing works well. Actually studs work well on ice, but since the laws state you can only use them in certain months, it's rare to find them in use. Looking forward to your next video. :) -Ken

That kind of stuff is why I'm wanting to look at a Subaru for a first car. Can an FWD handle the kind of snow? Yes but it's not something I want to do.

AWD really is hard to beat, both from a performance and safety perspective.

Nice review. I have a question. We just purchased a 2013 S-550 CPO with 2700 miles on it. Now my mother wants a SUV but we are going to get a Range Rover Sport. We found a 2016 Range Rover sport with the same exterior color and black top. But it doesn't have the 22 inch rims but has the white and black interior. It isn't CPO but it only has 2k miles for 62k. Is it a good buy?

Thanks! As for the RR you guys found, honestly, I would look only for a CPO car. The warranty & maintenance options that come with a CPO car will really, really be appreciated a few years in.
