It doesn't seem the best mechanic out there. I think he hasn't experience in burgman and scooters....

Pain in the ass , is to return the hose which goes under the air filter box ( vacuum i think) ... everything is short :D , also had a problem an for year i duct taped the intake rubber , till i found on aliexp... a adapter piece , pilled the rubber from intake and installed it ..

Die spruitstuk is waarschijnlijk stuk gegaan bij het verwijderen van het luchtfilter.

nee.dat ken niet .spruitstuk is van speciale rubber.en niet van karton dat ie zomaar scheurt

hello anyone, i have a 1999 Burgman 400, she is very dificult to start, i take it to dealer and they say there´s nothing more they can do to solve this, spark plug and battery have been changed, and they say that the starter is in good condition, any opinions from you?

Watch the video from 8:00. the Suzuki engine does not start or run properly, then watch 9:00 onwards, the mechanic finds the carburetor mounting assembly has split and seperated,, the split will cause a major air leak in the carburation system, such an air leak would cause poor starting and poor running, a new carburetor mounting part is required, does this match the symptoms of your problem, check the condition of the same part on your Burgman

That looks like a cheap Chinese starter motor from fleebay probably of a 125 suzuki charge about £700

Dios santo menudo mecanico de pacotilla, intenta sacar el fintro sin desmontar el sillin, con el resultado de romper el tubo del carburador, si si, es el quien lo rompe. fijaros que el corte del tubo esta limpio, si llevara dias roto estaria sucio de polvo, y no y contodo, al desmontar el motor de arranque y estar de chachara le salta un tornillo de fijación al interior del motor. Dios !!! donde esta el taller para no ir !!!!
