I am from India. I have purchased Suzuki Dzire AGS in October 2018 and i am also facing same problem. I have run only 10,000 kms. Will take it to service centre soon.. Lets see what will happened.

The issue exists in Alto as well, I have driven it around 1300 KM, but I do feel it. I know from my experience with other cars that it is pressure plate / clutch plate issue. I will highlight it in 5K checkup as well. I would recommend you to take suzuki to consumer court if they don't resolve the issue.

میرے پاس مہران 2017 ماڈل تھی، خاص طور پر پہلے، دوسرے گیئر میں ایکسیلیٹر دینے پر جھٹکے مارنا شروع کردیتی تھی پھر تیسرے اور چوتھے گیئر میں بالکل نارمل اور smooth چلتی تھی، میں بڑا پریشان تھا کہ زیرو میٹر گاڑی کو کیا مسئلہ ہے میرا خیال تھا کہ میری گاڑی پٹرول ٹینک سے شاید صحیح مقدار میں پٹرول نہیں لے پارہی، کسی قسم کے کچرا آجانے کی وجہ سے، ایک مرتبہ میں نے اس میں hi-octain پٹرول ڈلوایا، اُس کے بعد یہ ٹھیک ہوگئی چنانچہ اُس کے بعد میں نے ہائی آکٹین پٹرول کو اپنا معمول بنالیا ہَم سفید پوش لوگ پتہ نہیں کتنے جَتن کرکے اپنی سواری خریدتے ہیں، اگر اُس میں fault آجائے تو بہت پریشانی ہوتی ہے، اللّہ آپ کی پریشانی دُور فرمائے اور سوزوکی موٹر کمپنی والوں کو ہدایت دے(آمین ثم آمین) واللہ اعلم باالصواب

Brother I would recommend you to make a page or a WhatsApp group of all Cultus/Alto Ags owners. Make a video and ask every owner to join a facebook group. That group can send an email signed by all owners whose cars are under warranty, a collective email to Suzuki, and ask them to replace the premature clutches under warranty. Suzuki must fix this if they want to continue their business. There is strength in numbers. A voice of all owners protesting will force them to take action.

7000 km , yellow warning light . First time out of city 2021 cultus vxl. I'm.very worried will update you guys. See.s like a power train issue!!!. The Dealership gives me issue with regular under warranty oil change as well, I can't imagine they will help me fix this issue. This is a very expensive issue. Shaking at 110km and now power train issue (yellow light with exclamation ❗ mark) also the car fails to pick up gear as well!!! If I put in R (mostly with reverse) the car stays neutral with gas feed. :/ very disappointing

Aoa... Bhai faced similar issue at 40 k kms in Wagon R manual.... Aur aisay feel hota tha k jesay gari baith gaye he ya missing karti he... The issue resolved with new plug replacement and throttle body service... In my view clutch plate ka itni jaldi khatam hona is bullshit... Aisa kuch nai hoga in actual...

Thx you brother i make this video because of it was very painful experience Suzuki said clutch plates are not covered under warranty somehow i manage to convince them and replace under warranty i also make replacement video you can check that also

I have purchased Suzuki Cultus (Auto Gear Shift ) in 2018. Clutch cable of my car , which control the gear shifting was broken due to failure of clutch plate and its bearings. Suzuki Authorized workshop did not have any part number or so that can be replaced. Replacement of complete unit (AGS) is recommended by your dealer.

mere pass bhi hain celerio vxi amt 60k chali hain vibration ka problem aa raha tha clutch plate and pressure plate replace kiya but 2000 se 3000 km chalne bad fir se zatka marne lagi aur 10k laga clutch replacement ka. I'm from India Mumbai

Hello ji Namaskar , mere pass bhi 2016 model celerio AGS he. Bohot se logo ko same problems he . Jasehi speed braker aata he to break lag jate he aur accelerate kartehi gadi ekdam kapne lagti he. Aur ek batt Gadi chalu karne ke badd ac off kariye aur neutral gear me break pedal dabate he to engine rpm thodese increase ho jate he, definitely slipped clutch problem, ye aap ki gadi me bhi hota he kya? reply dijiye.

Aoa brother. I am also facing the same 02 issues (that you have mentioned in the video) in my Cultus AGS 2018 model, 36K km driven. Infact I was facing it from around 30k km onwards. I took it to different Suzuki dealership of Rawalpindi & Islamabad, but they said k plug issue, throttle issue hai. only one dealership diagonsied the issue of clutch and pressure plate, which is not covered under warranty. Please keep me updated on the issue, how can I claim it under warranty. Can I launch complain on Suzuki helpline? Would you like to share your cell number to further discuss the issue in detail?

@@Gabru20 AGS clutch change is not simple as other manual cars. First AGS unit ka hydraulic oil recover kerns parta hai. After replacing clutch, us ki software se calibration bhi kerni perti hai. I don't think mechanics other than dealership can deal with this AGS technology, as it is new in Pakistan

@@Gabru20 yes. Manual and auto both. Aur low RPM pay jb be app ghari ko uthain gye tu aisa he ho ga. Take any manual transmission car for example.

My Cultus AGS was running smoothly uptill 50,000KM, but today it started vibrating and stopped shifting to 3rd gear from 2nd. It was annoying since it was working fine at D mode. Also, when i push the brake, the Odo meter lights starts blinking, like the battery is draining. Did anyone have this issue?

@@Gabru20 Yes, i encountered a continuous sound 6 months back, in gear box and have had Suzuki dealership fix the gear box in warranty and they changed the gear oil as well (Genuine AGS oil) - today i have it scanned thoroughly, my gear is not shifting to 3rd gear in Auto, the scanner turned the warning light ON and the scan guy mentioned that it seems to be a issue in clutch plates. Will run a scan again tomorrow and will confirm back what is causing the warning light ON and gear shifting issue.

@@Gabru20 My main issue is gear shifting to 3rd gear, and small jerks such as we experience at high gear-low speed. Let's hope it is clutch plate issue only.
