Welcome bro ❤️ 1 suggestions If possible ask hyper rider to send 4 extra bushes for around 200 rupees (with shipping) Due to minimal vibration in the rear back area my screw got loose and they fell somewhere on ride Luckily hyperrider sent extra bushes and screws when asked

You can adjust preload for rear If that doesn't help then only option is to get aftermarket suspension setup from zedling or yss

Footrest is stock from suzuki Double stand is from gixxer 155 and direct fit for gixxer 250 (cost - 850 including nuts and springs) definitely worth to buy for chain clean and chain lube work

I live near mumbai And i am facing rusting issues near welds even tho i try to clean the surface properly The points where we tie bungee chords even they are losing paint and getting rusted slightly Rest from fitment and sturdiness everything is great Also make sure to use loctite on every bolts as they may come off due to vibration and shocks from bad roads

Tried Fz25 & MT15 handlebar raisers they did not fit So maybe CB200X's will also not fit

@@thisisganesh Please verify it bro 😔. New Honda Hornet 2.0 and Honda CB200X comes with same handlebar, only difference is CB200X comes with handle bar raisers as stock. From pictures Gixxer's and Honda's clamp look similar.

To be honest after using it for 2-3 months I am not very confident in carrying excess load Although im pretty sure it can carry 5-10kg max

Except for paint chipping off and minor rusting No other issues observed Screws are good quality but paint will start chipping after 5-6 months

Can pillion sit comfortably after saddle stay?

Yes It doesn't interfere with pillion How ever it does become hard to mount on the bike due to top rack and backrest

@@gavindsz8 better to install the saree guard and you sit first and let the pillion climb on bike using that saree guard Not sure if you have the same saree guard as mine You can see the saree guard in video itself Just tell the pillion to use saree guard to mount and unmount from bike
