Hello, Is it true that the chain lube needs to be done every 500 kms for gixxer sf 250?
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 3 жыл бұрын
As per my opinion, it will basically depend on which Lube you're using. Like some brands may claim their lube lasts for longer time. But we should check condition of our chain, like what's the condition of chain & whether it needs to get lubricated etc etc. So it's best to check periodically.

What is the red light indicator situated on the right side of the meter which glows when you turn on the ignition and what does it mean. When does this indicator glows
@sanketr3392

I think that light glows when's there's some failure or some issue with the bike. Not sure about the particular reason, but if you've the same bike, you can check it in user manual. By the way thanks for checking out the video. Would request you check other videos too & share with your friends ☺️✌️

Hello there! I have some doubts regarding its after sales service and I'm planning to buy one. Do you think its worth buying? I was randomly searching videos related to sf 250 and found your channel. Need your opinion and thanks for your info ❣️
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 2 жыл бұрын
Yes it is absolutely worth buying it. It's a perfect and balanced 250cc package. I do feel each and every penny worth I paid for it. Power + mileage+ handling + looks + breaking everything is perfect. Talking about after sales service, it might differ by service centres. But at the end you can get vehicle serviced from any service centre pan India. I did the same thing, I was not happy with my first service centre so changed to a different one and they are good. Spare parts and all will be easily available. I suggest just get a test ride & check whether it suits your liking & riding style...

How's it's cornering abilities and pillion comfort? Can someone in saree sit one sided? Also, how are the brakes and is the gear box too hard?
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 3 жыл бұрын
Hi, great to hear from you... 1. Talking about handling of the bike, it's the strong point of it. It's so balanced that you won't feel any weight while riding. It gives good confidence while cornering. So this is strong point of bike. 2. Someone with saree can sit as pillion as long as they are confident & comfortable. Couple of times I took family members wearing saree on the bike. But yes it must uncomfortable for pillion to seat one sided on this bike. 3. Breaks are good on the bike & they will give you confidence. 4. Gear shifting is little bit harder But bike is worth for each rupee you spend on it

Do u use any polish in ur byk?
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I used two types polishes 1. Moto max bike liquid polish - for this you have to apply it on bike, then let it dry & then rub it with clean cloth. 2. Other one I have one liquid polish, which basically have to be mixed with water, then spray it on sponge & apply it on bike. Second polish takes less time to apply with less efforts & also you can apply it on non metal parts like rear mudgaurds, tyre hugger and all. First polish you have to apply on metal or glossy parts.

@sanketr3392

I have been on pillion seat for max 60-80 kms during 2-3 rides, and I felt it on comfortable side. Though it depends on individual(i.e. your height, whether you're slim or healthy). But all and all its good for longer rides ...

@sanketr3392 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Abhishek, Thanks for reaching out to me. Normally it won't heat too much. In city traffic, if you're riding it lower gears, you might feel little bit heat. And I think any bike behaves the same way. But rather than that I haven't faced any critical heating issue with the bike.

Bro I've taken test ride today it's quite good but i feel like gear shifting Is hard compared to other bikes and it has some vibrations after 5k rpm but overall it's good i felt some pain in my waist but after some time I will get used to it overall bike is good but feels like a little heavier otherwise it's good
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 2 жыл бұрын
Totally agree with you on Gear shifting part. It's little on harder side. Talking about vibrations, once you clock ample amount of Kms, it will feel much smoother even after 6k-7k rpm(although this is single cylinder engine, which carries it's characteristics of vibrations on higher rpm). But bike will feel lighter while riding...
@harshshrivastava9647
@harshshrivastava9647 2 жыл бұрын
@@sanketr3392 yeah exactly bike will feel lighter the weight you will feel only when you are pulling your bike upward or backward or in a little bumpy road otherwise it is good and I've known some rumours of Gixxer that in June or July there will be a updated model of Gixxer is that right and should I go purchase it now or wait for some months maybe new model will launch if rumours are correct so
@sanketr3392

@@harshshrivastava9647 Hahaha, agreed, stand still bike will feel heavier to move forward or backward. Talking about the new updated model, to be honest, i haven't heard such rumour. But one individual from showroom said, by NXT year we can expect updated model. Like if you are fine with waiting it's always better to wait for better .!!! If you have to purchase it within 2 months, then you can go for this version also. Although this is too good bike .!!!😜

Did this bike still stand in 2024 Or it really needs update
@sanketr3392
@sanketr3392 4 ай бұрын
Hi Omkar, That's a really good question. If you see the competition, you see USD forks, TFT displays, slipper clutch, quick shifters, traction control like features in other bikes. This things does matter while riding bike (atleast USD forks, slipper clutch). But missing those feature maybe keeping this bike in price point of 2.5 lakhs. But again if you talk about engine, I still feel this bike is pretty much awesome to ride & won't disappoint you. So it's subjective how you prefer. What I feel is that they should update the bike. By the way thanks a lot for checking out the video. If you find it helpful, then you might consider it liking, sharing & subscribing to the channel... Have a great day 💖
