Hey everyone sorry for the delay on the release of this video. Just got back from the first race of the season. The 82nd running of the Daytona 200. By the way we won it. Anyways this is a step by step tutorial on how to replace the transmission on a 2006 GSXR 600/750. I hope this help everyone out.

gsxr 750 k8 , problem 6th gear was a grinding, seemed like a false neutral ,used this video and service manual to replace worn dogs on 3rd/4th and 6th . many thanks kyle, your a star

This is a great video and a life saving find. I watched your last video on disassembly as well. I have a 2006 Gsxr 600 and my chain wrapped in the front sprocket causing it to be stuck in 3rd and nothing will turn. This will be by far the most in depth thing I’ve done, however I did adjust my own valves before. Thank you for posting this

Cf moto actually makes a really good utv. I would avoid the older ones but like you said you are getting a new one. Sometimes the hardest part is making sure your dealer services them. I have worked on them in the past & I have nothing really bad to say about them parts are available & you can actually get ahold of the manufacturer

Yo man wanted to ask rq where do u found the instructions and the torque? Any chance if u got it to buy it from u? Wanted to rebuild my whole bike

Yo man the rod pin on the other side of the clutch... when i build the motor out i had it in neutral now idk in wich gear exactly but the new one went all the way in and i could use the old one but it never sticks out as far as yours. Any idea what i coulve done wrong? Or will it only be out in neutral?

Did you adjust the clutch internal push rod after you re assembled the clutch? Any time you do clutch work. You need to adjust it with the 10mm nut & Philips head on the clutch pressure plate.

is 50 degrees past roughly a 7th of a rotation or is it something different? my oil pump driven sprocket is seized to my input shaft and all the shops in my area are real expensive, im debating doing it on my own

That I can't tell you. But I would definitely buy a service manual first thing.

@@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 hey I really appreciate your quick reply on the last post, I was able to pull off the sprocket and the spacer with a puller and those two were seized together, making my bike act as if the clutch was always engaged. From my understanding, the sprocket and the spacer are supposed to spin separately right? just trying to make sense of this whole madness, been off the road since January of this year because of this fiasco lolol
