Thanks 🙏 Just did the replacement. Instead of replacing all tension parts only press out the bearing and push new 6010 bearing.

Better to replace tensioner assy. Replacing only bearing will not last longer. Needs to press the bearing carefully and a little mistake will shorten the life of the bearing.

The Suzuki service manual says the radiator has to be removed, for access, which isn't easy on an automatic Jimny as you will be leaking ATF and coolant at the same time. Just removing the radiator shroud helps a bit.

You can remove the 2 bolts at the top of the radiator to tilt it backwards.
