A restoration video of a 1979 Suzuki TS 125 ER. I've included a short clip at the end of the video with the sound of the engine. Enjoy!!

Wonderful job...I loved every single part of this video ! I am currently working on a similar project and I hope it's going to be as good as your. However, I would love to get more details on many points.

Great video! The Suzuki TS-125ER was a great bike, they are light, reliable, and fun to ride. Bullet Proof! You have put a great amount of time and effort on your rebuild, very detailed. Mine is a 78, and I have fully restored it like yours, but I modded mine by fitting 35mm Showa air shocks and head set from a 1987 Honda XL-250R I had laying around. Mine also has Boyesen Reeds installed, and rear after market air shocks . I also fitted a 13 litre fuel tank from a Suzuki DR-200 Trojan. I’m wanting to replace the rear steel swing arm on mine with the alloy swing arm like yours from the later model ER. I’m also wanting to fit a smaller rear sprocket as I’m planning on making mine road legal. Can I ask what size rear sprocket you have fitted, and where you sourced it from? If you are interested I could send you a video of my bike, I think you’d be quite interested. I originally purchased the bike for my wife, but she lost interest in it- my gain LOL! Cheers, Mr Ed.
