Totally feel you. I live in a depressing part of Northern England which was pounded flat by the Luftwaffe during WW2, so a lot of the architecture is 1950s-1970s, Brutalist concrete monstrosities, tower blocks, and 1980s "Lego Land" housing estates. Darkwave, especially Svard's music, is perfect for driving through the depressing shithole lol
