When the teacher says: you'll learn it next year but then the next year the teacher asks why didn't you learn it last year

I can't describe how much I hate maths. I had my mid-semester exams going on last week, and I studied so hard, revised all the most important topics from the syllabus. But that mf professor put those questions she didn't even solve/practice during classes, or during the revision sessions. I felt like kms right there ngl, felt like all the hardwork I did (my big bro helped me study all night too, even though he had a test the next day) felt like it was for nothing. I love basic math like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (to some extent) but anything beyond that is gonna give me more wrinkles and white hairs than most elderly people

I was doing just fine in Math, but then I was introduced to sine, cosine, and tangent... I got a 2/30 on the quiz related to said topics all because I didn't have a scientific calculator. I feel like I could get a heart attack from going to school.
